Small winner fridge,does it all I need,very happy with it

Overall good! The water and ice shoot out fast And the Spicket’s are right on top of each other

This unit worked for 12-13 days following installation and then stopped cooling. It was another 4 days before an authorized service person could check it out which took us out of BB’s 14-day exchange policy. Even though I put an extended warranty, neither BB or Whirlpool will provide a loaned while Whirlpool searches for a part that is need. They won’t consider a replacement until we have been without a functioning fridge for 6 weeks or more

I'm so in love with this refrigerator! I love that the shelves are glass. Last fridge I had was glass shelves surrounded in plastic. Over time the plastic started braking and the shelf would become unusable. The main reason I picked this fridge was the completely glass shelf. I love it so much. Right down to the perfect size ice cubes!

I needed a fridge to fit a small opening. I went with this one sight unseen due to being in a hurry, I love that the sides are painted and not stainless

Freezer width is small. Quality matches price. I wish I purchased a higher quality/priced product. In general good for the price. Quiet. Water and Ice is nice.

I was not informed that the people hired to install my new refrigerator could not hook it up. I didn't see anywhere on the web page that there would be a problem. My old refrigerator was left standing in the center of my kitchen until I could get a plumber in to make the proper water connections. The plumber installed the refrigerator for me.

This is the 3rd new refrigerator in 12 years. A little smaller than the one replaced but it is efficient.

All things work great and I do have the added space I needed.

I enjoy how the water dispenser js in front, less splash when filling your cup

Not really fingerprint resistant. The water spout drips all over the front and always looks dirty. The wheels can’t be locked so it moves every time I open the doors and constantly have to push it back in place. The installers were super high and put one door higher than the other and I need a special tool to fix it.

The water spout takes some getting use to. The shelves aren’t adjustable

Interior light on refrigerator side did not work when delivered. Refrigerator did not cool, although freezer did. Best Buy customer service was not helpful about addressing issues - delivery personnel, social media support, and customer service person provided conflicting and often inaccurate information. Wait times on customer service line were longer than stated and I twice selected the option of a call back and received no call. Not impressed with either Best Buy or Whirlpool and not sure I would recommend either after today.
