The drawers are made cheaply and there seems to be no pride in workmanship. Runs quiet and the ice maker seems to work fine.

I really didn’t think I’d use the ice/water dispenser, but I love it! The stainless steel is timeless and a welcome change from our dated almond refrigerator.

I had a whirlpool before and wireset broke for freezer ice maker, so I needed a whole new door for $1500. I hope this one doesn't have the same issue

The refrigerator never was delivered. Two days after purchase and a delivery time scheduled I received a message from Best Buy. Thei refigerator was no longer available, out of stock. I was told that a replacement would be available in two months from the manufacturer. I needed a replacement now. How could Best Buy sell me something they no longer had in stock? Poor way to do business. I found one at Lowes instead. Same model and size

Both water and ice depender are very practical and easy to use..I love the temperature settings for both the freezer and refrigerator.

Owned for 10 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased this refrigearator 10 months ago and have had constant defrost issues, resulting in the fridge warming to over 50 degrees on at least 8 occasions. We have had whirlpool service in to repair more times than I can count (I believe we are up to 5 visits, waiting for them to come a 6th time to replace another part). They replace different parts each time, but the unit still does not work properly. We are currently experiencing warming issues once every two weeks while waiting on another part to be replaced, and it is incredibly frustrating that Whirlpool will not just replace this defective unit. Instead we require service to come constantly to try to repair this one which started having issues within 2 moths of purchase. I like the fridge a lot, but one star is a stretch since it requires us to empty it and manually defrost every few weeks, losing food in the process. We are very dissapointed in this unit and would not recommend.

I never understood why everybody goes crazy for stainless steel so when black stainless started showing up I was very happy. This is one of the few side by sides in this size that comes in black stainless.
