Ruined 300 dollars worth of groceries. Second one the compressor was broken as soon as the delivery guy plugged it in. Never again. I’m still waiting for reimbursement of my lost food from Best Buy

Damage is on top, back & both sides & appears to have been dropped on its head somewhere along the line. There is also interior damage to every molded plastic shelf support & one of the vegetable drawers is totally unusable.

After nine months of using this product it stop working. A technician came to check the issue and unfortunately there is a problem with the compressor and some other spare parts were also needed to fix it. These spare parts are back ordered and I am still waiting in limbo till now. Called whirlpool customer service in June and on several occasions but i am still getting the same answers, that it will take several weeks and there is no tracking number and that they are going to reach me once the spare parts ship. Called Best Buy if they can replace this product but since it is still under warranty it is WHIRLPOOL 's responsibility. If whirlpool can't fix it within a reasonable period of time why shouldn't they authorize replacement! It is so inconvenient and costly that i can't use this refrigerator for more than a month now and still counting an waiting.
