THIS IS MY FIRST BRAND NEW REFRIGERATOR AND I TOTALLY LOVE IT.. IT LOOKS GREAT IN MY KITCHEN.. AND WORKS AWESOME. IM SO PROUD OF IT!!

So.... I decided to purchase this fridge for my updated kitchen. First of all, it's huge. It just was able to fit in the space I had. It's also really beautiful. Not hard to keep clean. Plenty of space inside. I read some reviews that said it's noisy but I haven't gotten that. So glad that I was able to get this fridge, my first whirlpool appliance and my first french door fridge.

[Employee of bestbuy] Great so far, holds lots of stuff and looks great. Whirlpool has a better track record than other certain brand that have ice maker and condenser issues.

I bought a refrigerator and it was not working properly, I had to replace one. For the second one, Best buy had my money for 2 months and I had a broken refrigerator for 60days. Finally when they bought me my new fridge, the Geek squad did not have time to install this, they just put the fridge in house and they didnot turn on the water connection. When I called the Geek squad, he mentioned he does not have time for all this. I understand its hard time all, but the tone and how this whole customer service from Best buy is awful. Even though iam a Elite member of best buy, this is my worst customer service from Best Buy. Let's hope for the best with my new Fridge. if not, God knows how long I need to replace it again. attached are the call logs to Best buy customer service and never answered.

Love the French doors. Plenty of space with this design. No Fingerprints. Was well worth the little extra to remove my old Fridge.

It works fine. But the Geek Squad installers scratched up the fridge pretty good. Then later on found out they broke the water line in the wall.

Worst refrigerator I've ever purchased! I'm on my 3rd one of these and Whirlpool has not done anything to fix the freezer not closing properly thus creating frost in there! The 3rd party company that they use in Michigan Grand Blanc area has been to my house over 6 times with this issue and I still don't have a fridge working right that I paid for now since beginning of September!! Probably will have to get the Better Business Bureau involved because I need a properly working refrigerator after 4 months of tries with service repairs! Too bad because I actually like the design of this model but when the freezer is not closing properly from the start you know you will have problems when it's out of warranty for sure! Stay away from Whirlpool Appliances in the Michigan area for sure!

The fridge looks great and it’s a great size. The issue I’m having is with the quality. The first one I bought had a defective door. The door would not fully close. There would be moisture built up around the doors, and the ice maker wouldn’t work when the door would get stuck. I had it swapped out and the replacement has missing screws on the accessories.

My freezer died checked BB got this unit for excellent price and my wife absolutely loves it
