I purchased this on BestBuy.com and needed it in a hurry, so when it was delivered and installed 2 days later I was very relieved. The refrigerator is excellent, fits perfectly in my kitchen, and was actually under the spending budget I had set aside for it :))

Nice refrigerator upgrade from the builders generic special that came with our house. Excellent installation team. very clean and professional. MEASURE TWICE_ than measure again. Recommend to measure everything, including height of the cabinets over, and the space needed to actually swing the door to past the 90 degree point. With this refrigerator and freezer door, you have to open the door well past the 90 degree point to have unobstructed access to put in large pans or to take out the drawers. This refrig needs to stick out past the cabinet or adjoining wall by an inch or so to allow the doors to fully swing open. The cost of the water filters is non-trivial, and will probably end up to be a thousand dollars or more over the life of the refrigerator. Each water filter is about $50, and it is recommended to change each 6months. if not, there will be an error light displayed. That is probably similar to many other refrigerators nowdays.

I enjoy having ice cubes already made. Sometimes the ice gets a little messy because it comes out so fast. It is a little small on the inside to store food.

Best Buy rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. Price was great. Fridge is awesome.

So far so good. I like the lighting a lot. The only downside would be that one of the shelves on the door falls off sometimes..may be operator error though.

I looked around and this refrigerator was best quality for the price. Other than the ice going on the floor, it was a great buy.

Needs to be on coldest setting for the contents in the freezer and refrigerator to be at a good temperature. There was a problem with condensation dripping from ice dispenser chute. Ice dispenser chute door assembly was replaced under warranty and this seems to have reduced the amount of drippings. Ice maker takes up lots of freezer space (wish it were smaller like the Whirlpool it replaced!) Very bright lights inside the freezer and refrigerator. Strong refrigerator door can easily hold half gallon cartons. It has its quirks but this is a good side by side refrigerator.

We got this model on sale and it has a lot of space for the price. Also like that it has a water/ice dispenser. Definitely got the most for our money.

We bought this fridge to replace a 2004 GE side by side fridge. Best Buy did not have many choices for the color white, otherwise we would have picked another one. For a rental home it suits.

I thought this was a huge refrigerator....until I put food in it. Fridge side is decent, but the freezer is tiny.

This fridge is a piece of crap. I'm glad I bought a warranty with it because Geek Squad has been here no less than 4 times for various problems. The lights in both the freezer and the fridge act like strobe lights. Opening a door is like stepping into a disco. The ice maker crapped out and had to be replaced. The drawers in the fridge literally fell apart. The door for the water filter broke, and now I have to call because I changed the water filter and the light will not reset to green making me think something else is wrong. I have purchased A LOT of applicances from Best Buy over the years and I've alway been happy, until now. This purchase has been a supreme dissappointment. I wish there was a spot for ZERO stars.

My old refrigerator wasn't staying cold and it was time for a new. I wanted the stainless steel look for my kitchen and got this at a great price. We enjoy the water and ice feature, the storage space, and am overall very pleased with the purchase.
