Looks and feels of poor quality. French doors do not line up evenly and freezer door is so hard to it pulls the whole refrigerator out.

Our 8 year old similar to this one suddenly died. We had no choose quickly due to family cancer diagnosis. Shame on us for making a quick purchase

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Terrible delivery service. I was suppose to receive my fridge a week after ordering, which was fine. The morning of delivery, no one called to inform me they were not coming. I called and found out someone was hurt and they could not deliver the fridge. Then they told me I had to wait another 5 business days after calling customer service many times. They finally squeezed me in 3 days later, but the system never updated on the correct day they were coming. Very frustrating and terrible customer service. I was told to call to get a refund and I called and they would not allow me to get a credit or refund until the unit was delivered. Once delivered I remained in circles on the phone with customer service until I gave up. Great product, but poor delivery.
