Refrigerator delivered with dents on side

Refrigerator delivered with deformity (2 LARGE dents on the side). The installer noticed this on installation date on May 15 after he unwrapped it . I called bestbuy and was instructed to reach out to Market Place (Brandsmart). Refrigerator delivered with deformity (2 LARGE dents on the side).

Love this refrigerator, but one thing to be improved. We are unable to see the level of ice on the icemaker. The icemaker does not slide out all the way. They need a designer to sit with their engineers.

So far so good but the ice machine housing drops a little water on the inside of the refrigerator's ledge it's irritating the wife.
