Very professional and knowledgeable. However, because of Whirlpool poduction delays the oven is NOT due for delivery until March 12, 2021 (if then).

It takes FOREVER to preheat and there’s no arrow for temperature control so it’s not easy to operate. Very disappointed for the brand! We replaced a single oven with microwave above it and they were both excellent appliances but this one not so much!

In-home consultant and installation

I used in-home consultation for measurements, however their contracted installers said measurements were off and they could not install. After two hours attempting to resolve was told another consultant would come to remeasure and schedule installation. Of course installers blamed consultant saying their measurements are always off and consultants said installers just did not want to complete the work. Either way the customer was not properly treated.

Lies and deception

The installation was suppose to be covered under our Geek Squad agreement which was also verified through phone conversation and documented by email. In the end even though it was documented they did not honor anything. I'm done with Best Buy and will never do business with them again. What a RIP OFF!!!

Dishonest sales promises
