Love my new oven and all the featured details. This is my first double oven experience.

Pleasantly surprised because this was my one choice due to cabinet size. More internal room than I expected, even heat, well calibrated, easy operation.

It generally looks ok and works ok-ish, but: 1) It has a noisy fan that comes on as soon as you start heating, and stays on for another 20-30 minutes after to turn off the oven. 2) It's temperature control is strange. It doesn't match the reading I get for a separate thermometer that I placed inside the oven. The manual says that this can be caused by... some babblespeak... but I can't see why they wouldn't come to the same temperature over some time. Also, it's also strange in this way: you can let it heat up to the set temperature, say, 350, and then if you adjust the target temperature to 400, it will immediately show that the current temperature is much lower, like, 300. It doesn't make sense.

I was hoping I would get an opportunity to review my purchase. The price was the very best I could find. The delivery was never rescheduled and arrived exactly when the delivery personnel said it would. Service was the best I have experienced in years. Best Buy, keep up the excellent work!

So far great oven, my only complaint is that on Best Buy's website the specs say that both ovens are self-cleaning. Only the top oven is self cleaning. Not a big deal, but it should be corrected.

The oven looks very nice but the noise is terrible.was not in stock so I ordered it and wish I hadn’t..changing the temperature is a chore also..it’s installed so I’m stuck with it,sure wish the salesman knew enough about the oven to tell me about the noise

Temperature control in this oven is so erratic as to make it nearly useless. It looks nice and was fairly cheap compared to the Kitchenaid, but I wish I had paid the additional to get a quality oven. What is an oven supposed to do besides cook things properly? Not too scientific. Temperature checks show it to be consistently 30-40 degrees off which is enough to burn or undercook about anything. Very disappointing. Not much choice when limited to 24" width, but spend the extra money and get a Kitchenaid. Best Buy's 15 day return policy is a joke! Takes longer than that to realize what a piece of junk this is.

I have had this oven for 6 months.. We had to use the self cleaning option 4 months in and it blew a fuse. oven has not worked since. In 6 months Whirlpool has sent someone out 4x. A 5th is scheduled.
