The juice isn't absorbed and the meat is very tender and juicy. It's easy to use and fits all the pans. It came with two racks but no pans.

Its like once they have installed the product, you are nothing to them and they could care less about a little screwdriver. I wouldn't care either except the particular tool was given to me by my late father in law and it meant a great deal to me.

The main problem with it is that the control panel icons can not be seen unless there is light shining on the face of the panel. For $2000.00 you should not have to add your own lighting in order to see the cons. Bad design.
