Needed a dishwasher to replace our old one. This one was the same measurements as the old one. Easy to install. Features are great for the price. No issues so far dishes come out clean and dry.

Have only used it a couple of times since the installation. Got my dishes and pan’s sparkling clean. Used Best Buy’s installation services and it went perfectly.

Works great, but it's not quiet. The whole inside is plastic and there's little insulation on the outside, so it's way louder than the metal Whirlpool I replaced with this unit. Works well though and the silverware basket is a nice one piece unit that must sit in the lower tray. It cannot hang to the door. I also much prefer the front controls to top controls.

Dishwasher works BUT make sure your faucet and disposal connection are working. Double check all the connects are working. BESTBUY installers made POOR and SLOOPY work buyers BEWARE. I took the day off to have the dishwasher installed and when they were done, 1st Issue: I have to call the installers after 3 hours back due my faucet connections tangled with the dishwasher drainage tube. 2nd Issue after they left my Garbage Disposal was not working. I have to call BestBuy customer service but was given a round a round. They did not help me on my work schedule which they are saying a window from 9-5pm which I need to OFF work again for their SLOOPY work. I offered if the technician can come between 1-5p but they could not provide. I have to pay OUT OF POCKET to have it fix instead wasting another 8 work OFF paid hours. POOR BESTBuy Installers and POOR Customer Service. BUYER BEWARE. Been a loyal customer buying applainces and electronics. Sad I feel buying on other stores.

We purchased a dishwasher from Best Buy. But the person who came to deliver and install the dishwasher said the dishwasher wouldn’t fit there because the dishwasher height has to be less than the counter top height, they cannot adjust heights. But, the sales person in Best Buy gave us the incorrect information that the height could be adjusted. We wouldn’t purchase it if he didn’t say that. The dishwasher was returned and the order was cancelled. But in next several days, we did not get any refunds. When we contacted them, they agreed to give the full refund. But they didn’t refund the full amount. They didn’t refund the delivery fee. We called many times. At last, they gave us a case id # and said we would receive the refund. When we didn’t receive the refund in next few days, we went to the Rockville best buy store on Monday 2/3/25 from where we purchased it with our receipt. We talked to a lady and she couldn’t resolve it, so a Best Buy person with long hair came. He was very rude and unprofessional. He said they cannot refund it in store level. The customer has to contact the corporate office to get the refund. We couldn’t understand why we have to do that because when we purchased it, the store could process the whole amount from our credit card, but now they couldn’t refund it. That rude man didn’t want to help us at all. So, we were not happy at all. If he handled it differently, then this situation would not come. We did not harm anybody or anything in the store and didn’t use any bad or threatening language, we only showed our displeasure but the man got offended and he called the police and the police asked us to leave the store because the man wanted that. This is completely unacceptable behavior to us. We are Best Buy customers for over 20 years. This is very disrespectful behavior with such loyal customers. We wanted to purchase another dishwasher with over $1,000.00 from Best Buy. But after this experience, we won’t purchase it from Best buy. It is Best Buy’s loss that they have such an employee. We will purchase it from Home Depot instead. It has been almost a month that Best Buy did not refund the money, and everything was their mistake and nothing was our mistake, but still that man was not at all apologetic, helpful, polite or nice, instead he was extremely rude. He is a very arrogant person and showed no concern for our issues which are actually all Best Buy’s fault . We feel sorry for Best Buy that this type of a person is working there. After this insult, we will not go to Best Buy anymore and we will not recommend Best Buy to anybody.

Dishwasher has a nice looking stainless steel finish. It was pretty easy to install. Not as quiet as our previous dishwasher, but not particularly noisy either.
