    No broiler pans for either oven!!!! At that price they should have been included!!!!!

    Double oven by Whirlpool surprise

    Surprising double ovens were actually two convection capable ovens stacked. An extra electrical connection was needed for the bottom oven. Old oven only had convection and controls on top.

    The double over was ordered and a date given for delivery. The date was pushed back once due to the delivery truck broke down and it was another week delayed in delivery. The unit was installed and the lower oven gave a display of miswired when it was wired just like the upper oven that worked great. Whirlpool was contacted and they sent a repair service to the house and after several hours and talking with Whirlpool a decision was made that the unit needed a new panel. This part had to be ordered and it took two weeks to get the part delivered. We are now waiting on the repair company to schedule a date to install the new panel. I called Best Buy and asked for some compensation due to this issue and was told all they could do is send a new oven and return the one installed. I didn't pay for installation from Best Buy so they refused to send someone to take the other oven out and put a new one in.
