This will clean your dishes ok, but the drying feature doesn’t work well at all. If it was my choice I would have exchanged this the first week. My wife didn’t want to mess with it. Had this for almost two years and now the heating element needs replacement. Didn’t dry good when it worked, but doesn’t dry at all now. Stay away!

Door seal broken poor quality 5 year old machine that was replaced because of a bad pump. same brand had a better seal and better frame work.

Electric panel stopped showing all controls after about 6 months. The washer just stopped working all together after 2 years. Would not recommend.

It doesn’t retain the last wash setting for the next one. Normal cycle is over three hours and it doesn’t finish with dry dishes.

I received the dishwasher according to the schedule. I had the old dishwasher removed and the space ready to install the new dishwasher. I have no idea if the dishwasher was good or not. As I unpackaged the dishwasher, I noticed a huge dent in the side that went all the way into the tub. I had to wait until the next day to even schedule an exchange and when I called, the unit I wanted because of price was no longer available. I had to pay more for a similar replacement. The evolution went well but because I was without a dishwasher for over a week and had to pay more, I will not use Best Buy for appliances ever again.

Outstanding experience from sales to installation!

I’ve had this machine for seven months. I could never figure out how to select any cycle other than the normal one, which wasn’t really a problem because I didn’t ruin it until it was full and didn’t want anything but clean dishes. Last night it began beeping incessantly, with two error codes. An Internet search told me that the thermostat has short circuited and needs to be replaced. Thermostats don’t just short circuit without some kind of poor installation or faulty part to begin with. Seven months! If this costs me anything to be repaired it will be the last thing I buy from BestBuy.

We had this dishwasher for 2 months before it broke...the first time. It took 30 days to get an appointment to diagnose the problem and another 20 days to get the part - a circuit board. We made it 5 more months and the circuit board appears to have broken again (same error codes as last time). It will take another 30 days for a repair team to come out to diagnose the problem and then we will have to wait until the replacement part comes in to schedule appointment #4. During my call, the manufacturer informed me that there is also a "quality control" issue with the heating element and our dishwasher is on the list for a replacement. We have to set up a separate appointment (#5 for those playing along) for someone to come diagnose the already identified heating element issue. The good news is they have the heating elements in stock however they won't be bringing the replacement with them, no we need a 6th appointment for that to happen. Each call to the manufacturer takes 45-60 minutes on hold. Worst customer service ever!

It does a great job most of the time. It doesn’t dry as good as I would like it too even when put on extended dry.

simple installation, quiet running, clean, simple look

Not happy with this dishwasher, wash cycles take hours to run and doesn’t completely dry the dishes. My sixteen year old Kenmore dishwasher was a better product.

The dishwasher runs so quietly that you can't tell that it is on. Love that the control pad is not visible when the door is closed.
