my only issue is the door handle reflects dirt from your hands very easily

Best Buy brilliantly installed the ice maker with no shutoff valve. When we awoke to a kitchen full of water, and I had to shut off the main water supply to the house, I was told it would be five days before Best Buy could send a repair person. No water for five days at our home? Customer "Service" was not concerned. In fairness, I cannot blame Whirlpool or Best Buy for my own lack of forethought about this appliance. Nevertheless, this is the worst major purchase I have made in decades! Replacing a 20+ y.o. refrigerator, it never occurred to me that a modern unit -- even though side-by-side -- could be so much smaller. It is! It is impossible to conveniently store food for a family of four. Every search for the ketchup or butter results in a cleanup of six other items that fall out on the floor (or the need for a complete removal and reloading of the contents). So disappointed, I am buying a new refrigerator.

- water filtration is very bad - you only get one cup of cold water throe the water dispenser. so the first cup is warm water then the second cup is cold and after that warm water for the next 30 minutes
