I love my new Whirlpool. I just got rid of Frigidaire, which was having all kinds of problems. The only feature i miss with my new appliance is the light that would go on automatically as you are getting water through the door dispenser. It was a nice feature for when you stumble into the kitchen in the middle of the night wanting to get some cold water. Other than that, my fridge is awesome: very spacious and bright.

I love this fridge, lots of space. Nice features. Price is great.

I GOT THIS REFRIDG ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO, GOT A GOOD PRICE AND IT WORKS BETTER THAT THE EXPENSIVE ONE I ONLY HAD FOR A FEW YRS. HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH IT, THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE IS THE LIGHT DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY COME ONE WHEN GETTING ICE OR WATER OUT OF THE DOOR. KEEPS THINGS GOOD AND COLD AND THE ICE MAKER IS GREAT... GREAT PRODUCT !!!!

I purchased this fridge and noticed immediately what a loud noise the compressor makes. It sounds like an old air conditioner in need of refrigerant. I went back to the store and noticed they have the floor models on carpeting which the sales person told me dampens the noise level. The carpeting is unintentional since another store had hard tile flooring. I actually got down to listen and the store models also sound just as loud. I've exchanged it for another more expensive Whirlpool model that makes no noise according to a review magazine and my personal confirmation. Other than the noise level, I haven't had any issues (owned for 3 days) and haven't connected the ice maker yet since I'm going to need a plumber install the lines. My bedroom is about 20 feet from the fridge and when the door is open I can hear the fridge as if it's right in front of me. I have ceramic tile flooring. I had a Kenmore before and could not hear any noise prior to this unit. It's amazing from reading the review horror stories how manufactures are designing obsolete engineering into refrigerators which they weren't doing in the past. My father had a Kenmore that lasted 30 years. My sister finally bought him a new one after two paint jobs on the fridge. The lines would clog every 10 years or so and he would unclog them with a hanger. Never once did it have an issue. Unfortunately, those days are long gone now.

We recently bought this refrigerator after many trips to check all different makes and models of refrigerators. We are very pleased with this one. Alot of space, great features. Very nice looking. Temperature controls are easy to figure out, great performance. The Ice Dispenser and light on the outside work just great. Very economical and practical. Alot of fridge for the money!

I may have been just unlucky and received the "lemon," but I came home from work one day and the refrigerator "died." I only had the appliance for a month. I lost food (after just going to the store 2 days prior). I was very disappointed in this product. I was surprised because it was the Whirlpool brand; which I thought would be a better brand to purchase.
