I had to get a replacement for a very expensive refrigerator/French style system. This was on sale and it turns out I have a ton of room and it's quiet and looks great in my kitchen

Bought this when our old one decided to stop in us. Has plenty of room with adjustable shelves and door trays. Keeps food and drinks nice and cold. We did have to have it serviced apparently a bolt had fallen into the defrost overflow and caused a clog and it would leak onto our floor. Still under warranty though so no biggie. Makes ice quickly. Filter doesn't seem to last long though.

Really enjoying my fridge plenty of room very quiet so glad I got the side by side as apposed to the bottom freezer models.

Bought as a replacement for previous Whirlpool refrigerator that lasted 16 years. Played weekend handyman and found the old unit just needed a new thermostat. Now we've got an extra unit for my beer. This new model is similar to old one with a few upgrades. Six months in and everything working fine. One minor complaint is that if you don't use the ice through door feature regularly it kind of backs up. If you use it daily it's fine.

I had done my research and am not disappointed. The staff at the store were very helpful and knew the features of each product. Delivery was as promised. Very pleased with the installation and the product. I do recommend this product!

First time home buyer/appliance buyer. Found the fridge on sale and even was able to price match to a competitor for a lower price. So far, 24 hours later, I'm satisfied with the purchase. There is a small scratch on the door, looks accidental, and when I called to inform Best Buy they were quick to find a resolution. The delivery and installation were great (they did not cause the scratch). Couldn't be happier with the service!

It's big which I like and does what it is supposed to do. Keeps everything cold ice maker works well, but water runs slow. The one thing that I don't like about it is that is smudges easily. I specifically asked the salesperson at Best Buy to only show me refrigerators that don't smudge and this is one of the few she recommended. She was very wrong.

We like this refrigerator. I have not had issues, as some have, with ice missing the glass. I do make sure that the glass is close to the ice dispenser though. The only negative is what will happen with all side-by-sides and that is the shelves are narrow. But with our home a French door would not fit.

Needed a refrigerator immediately and this fit the budget at the time. surprised at the large difference in cubic space, this being 25 and the old one was 26.5, so beware of storage capacity being diminished greatly. Freezer works really well and quickly, like nearly blast freezer. Ice shoots out all over the place and falls even after you leave it. water drips and spills out as well. did not come with the book that tells you all the specifics of the fridge and the filter information. Overall it does what it should, keep food cold.

We have not had any problems with this refrigerator. It is very spacious and very nice! The lights inside just bring "extra" to it. The water and ice have worked perfectly. We love it!

The Refrigerator was purchased in the scratch & dent area for a great price. Unit is very quite and has lots of room for storage. I have not hooked up the ice maker yet.

Wanted stainless, didn't want french door arrangement, needed water/ice dispense. This was the best unit for the price and was installed properly. Very happy so far with purchase.

I've had this fridge so far for over a month and am generally pleased. Two issues that I discovered only after purchase reduced my rating to 4 stars: 1) The water dispensed is not chilled; and 2) the Energy rating of the white version is much less efficient than the stainless steal version. Indeed, the white version is not Energy Star. Other than these two points, however, I am satisfied with this purchase.

My old fridge died and after tons of research, bought this one. So far so good, and the price was right. This isn't an energy star rating, so please keep this in mind since my sales rep told me it was, but it isnt.

We have had this refrigerator for one month and so far so good.... works well, fantastic freezer. Only concern was a high pitched noise coming from grill/filter door on bottom front of refrigerator. Noise stopped when this area was adjusted. Hopefully this resolves the issue.

Not just for the price, but it's a quality refrigerator. Quiet, great size, water and ice on demand. I recommend it to anyone looking for a quality fridge.

freezer ice maker takes up a huge amount of space. Ice is important but not the most important. Ice maker is not well design! ice falls on the floor every time i use the ice maker! fridge itself is good- no complaint. it just feel a little bulky. i can live with the ice issue but when i have family come over and they use the ice maker it doesnt look nice!

this unit has been a nice surprise. I read many reviews before purchasing and all had problems with ice makers. I have been very surprised with this unit as it has worked great, no problems. the reason I couldn't give it 5 stars is the drawers are a little difficult to slide in and out. the tracks are plastic and do not slide smoothly.

The frig is ok, but water taste like tap water and ice falls all over the place. Other than that, it does what it should as a frig.
