    Within the first 3 months a shelf broke, luckily it was covered under the 1 year warranty another shelf broke at about 11 months that was also covered under warranty. The water dispenser is poorly designed so that if you use a smaller cup it will dispense on the floor beyond the cup. Also very disappointed in the shelves design as they have a large ridge that acts as a ramp in the back that tips anything over when pushed to the back,

    We are still trying to get used to it. It lacks a shelf on each side and will need to order them. You get what you pay for. I should have carefully shopped but was desperate since the one we had gave out and it was Thanksgiving week where it was full of food!

    I got a good deal on this because it was a floor model. It works fine. The shelf design is not good since it is difficult to put small items in one particular place. It needs a small shelf on the door.
