I got this refrigerator on clearance, so the price was right. I like the configuration of the shelves, it seems like there is more space than my old side by side.

This fridge is so worth for the price. I like slick look on the outside and it's nice and quiet

The water out of the dispenser tastes like plastic because of the long coil of tubing that the water is stored in behind the bottom fridge drawers. The produce drawers haven't broken yet, but the ice dispenser will only crush ice even when it is on cubed ice. It hasn't even been two years since we purchased the refrigerator.

We had to replace our Samsung fridge last minute. FYI don’t bye Samsung they’re good for a good years but then start giving problems and it’s not cheap to repair. Anyway we had to go buy one last minute and we ended up with the whirlpool. I had done research before hand and I knew whirlpool will be a good buy but we also had help from our sells associate. He was great! Very informative. Long story short if you want a good brand fridge for a good price the whirlpool is a good fit. Only thing we wish it was more roomy but overall very happy.

I am enjoying my fridge very much. We especially like the crushed ice feature. Plenty of room in my fridge & my freezer.

I like the unit overall but you must be mindful of ice dropping to the floor when dispensing from the in door dispenser.

Everything seems to work fine. The drawers could be a little better quality and the ice spits out from the dispenser onto the floor every once in a while. The ice maker is somewhat bulky and our old fridge had a more efficient one that allowed for more freezer space on the door. We make a lot of meals ahead and freeze them, so that extra space is missed. We didn't realize it when we bought this.

I'm a very big believer in Whirlpool Products. Have purchase many over the year's. The design, room and style is great. But you can only get about 12 once of cold water at a time, from the dispenser and it's not that cold. The noise level is very noticeable. Whirlpool needs to do some fine toning on this one.

I love everything about this fridge except for the ice and water display. For some reason the symbols light up, but the wording below the display does not. Doesn't seem like a big deal, but took me a couple of weeks to get used to pushing the buttons that do not light up to chose ice or water. One more thing I wanted to add. When I told people I was buying a stainless steel fridge, they told me I would not be able to put magnets on the front of it. They were wrong, you can hang magnets on the front of this one! I also light the lighting style this fridge has. Glad I made this choice.

Great fridge for the money. Not too crazy about the ice dispenser. Ice fall all over the place. As a fridge, it is good and reliable and looks nice

The ice maker spits out ice a little too fast and the cubes are a little small. Other than this, it is a great machine. Especially for the price

Not a bad refrigerator , just a couple of minor things that irritate me. I'll start with the good. All in all it's a quality refrigerator that's quiet and efficient. I love the fact that it has a removable filter for the water, and is easy to replace. Love the stainless steel and the ease at which it can be moved around. The shelves are easily adjustable and provide much space and storage. What I don't like is the two lower meat and vegetable bins. They are are very poorly designed. They don't have much space and they wiggle when pulling them out to get produce out. Trying to close them is even harder. Seems like the rails just don't align correctly and are too loose.

Ice maker not so great...returned the first one cuz ice maker didn't work at all...second one clogs, ice then melts in door, and leaks puddles onto floor. Not real happy with this component...also very noisy! Overall, looks nice, keeps things nice and cold.

This appliance is absolutely great. It looks high end and is high end. There's plenty of storage and the way the shelves are set up I am able to organize my food nicely.

We are mostly pleased with this refrigerator. It's a fairly basic model but works well. Pros 1. Cooling in refrigerator and freezer is excellent 2. Roomy 3. Ice maker is fast 4. Meat drawer works well 5. Easy to clean 6. Reasonably priced 7. It was the only refrigerator we could find that fits into our 69 9/16" high space Cons 1. In-door ice dispenser spits crushed ice everywhere 2. Does not come with enough shelves. Both the refrigerator and freezer have fittings for and really need an additional shelf each. We ended up purchasing an additional refrigerator shelf and it fits in well. Unfortunately, the additional freezer shelf does not appear to be available from Whirlpool at present. 3. Documentation for the appliance is minimal and poor. This includes both the documentation that came with it and what is available online from Whirlpool. Beyond the basics, you're on your own to figure things out.

Excellent space and the water and ice cubes through the door very convenient,also maintains the freshness of the food.

The new refridgerator looks wonderful in my kitchen. I love the stainless look. It has lots of room for all my items. My favorite is the ice and water in the door. Cleaning the outside is also very easy!

The fridge works well and was very reasonably priced, but it needs more shelves, a faster icemaker and a quieter compressor.

water dispenser should be taller so that a water bottle can fit under the water and ice so that it does not go on the floor.

This was an open box item & I was told that the missing freezer rack would be given to me in a couple weeks when it arrived at the store. Never got it. When I got it home, realized it also had missing freezer door racks and missing crisper drawer. The cubed ice button also doesn't work. Very disappointed with quality but I guess that's what you get with an open box.
