Door on freezer side does not fit tightly. You have push to close

Keeps the food cold. Limited space but makes use of it. Freezer is good but narrow space.

Good appliances, however I couldn't get $100 gift card that Best Buy offered.

Granted I just had this refrigerator installed a week ago and have not really been one to purchase top of the line products, but I have not noticed many of the issues that have been reported here. I almost canceled my order due to them but so far I am glad I didn't. Probably a 5 star review is overkill due to how new it is for me but had to contradict some of the negative reviews. Plus, it's pretty affordable! I have absolutely no problem with the water and ice dispenser. The ice is being created at a reasonable or above reasonable pace - no lack of ice. The water does not shoot out and goes exactly where I expect it. I do not have problems with the ice shooting out - seems normal to me. The water isn't as cold as some refrigerators dispense but it is a non issue. The space seems on par and holds the same amount as the last one I had. I do feel like it's a little weird though that only some of the shelves in the freezer are movable, the top shelf has too much space above it that is not being used properly. The temperatures seem about right. At the middle setting it is a consistent 40 degrees in the refrigerator. I initially set it higher due to reviews warning me that the refrigerator portion is too warm but seems it's not warranted in my case. I must have Best Buy's top of the line installers help me! Two men belted this thing to themselves and walked it up the stairs. They did a pretty good job making everything work too. They were a little late but I forgive them. One thing I did notice is that one of the doors is a few centimeters above the other. You don't notice this until you look at the very top of the doors. Eh, I paid less than a thousand so it's not a big deal. Also, for those magnetic vs not magnetic stainless steal obsessors this is a magnetic unit. I was actually happy because I like my magnets but it might save you some time knowing this if you're set on non magnetic. I'll make sure to come back and change this review if things go wrong but so far it's pretty good for the price. No complaints, happy I chose this over the one twice the price I was thinking of getting.

The refridgerator is good but after about a year and a half the ice maker stopped dispensing cubed ice. It is spacious and works great. It has plenty of detatachable compartments that you can move to fit your needs. On to customer service, I went into the store and bought it and did not buy the protection plan. This is why, the customer service was horrible. I went in to buy a dishwasher a year and a half later and the sales rep told me about the Best Buy rewards. This was the first time my partner and I had ever heard of it. The rep we had when we bought the refridgerator and washer did not tell us anything about rewards nor did he tell us to buy geek squad protection plan, which I would recommend to everyone. When we went to buy the dishwasher we figured out we were missing 1,800$ worth of rewards points because when he went to look us up in the computer there were no results for us nor did we have a reward card. I called Best Buy and they did nothing about it and in the past year and a half we have bought 10 major items. Terrible customer service and terrible customer relations. Make sure you get a representative who cares or you may end up in a position like me.

The arrangement of the items in the fridge because it is so narrow make it very difficult to see what is in there. Loud at times. Not all the time but every day at some point the fridge is loud.

Liked the features. However went through 2 of this models and both had same problem, took to long to cool down 30 hours to get to 38 degrees and had to crank it up past the factory setting to get that.

Had this refrigerator for a month and the freezer is not cold enough. I figured it needed some time to break in but now I feel like something is wrong. All else is fine including the price.

Despite there being a built-in wafter filter the water is absolutely terrible that dispenses from the front. Second the refrigerator came back with multiple imperfections

The opening for the ice and water through the door was too small. The doors were not flush from top to bottom and the ice maker quit working in a few days.

Bought for garage use - couldn’t maintain freezer temp while in garage. Returned.

It's ok but it doesn't get very cold. Food and drinks almost feel like room temperature. Definitely do not recommend.

It took 2 months to resolve a issue with a refrigator I purchased at best buy only 2 months prior. After finally, getting this done, and paying for a different refrigator, scheduled the delivery, it took another week a half to get it delivered...they did reschedule delivery several times before finally bringing the refrigerator. I will never buy another refrigerator appliance from Best Buy again.

I just recently got my new refrigerator and so far I'm very happy with it. Looks nice in my kitchen, it's very quite love the water and ice dispenser. No problem so far, good purchase and good price. Love the extra space in the doors and the led lights. I've read a lot of bad reviews on this item and really I was Little scare to get it but after all the bad comments about the ice maker and the noise it's been no problem to me I'm loving it.

See above. Not as good a product as a similar Whirlpool refrigerator of twelve years ago.
