I am not satisfied with the quality of the of the refrigerator

Lights do not work inside been replaced under warranty lasted 6months and no lights again never would I recomend Whirlpool again. The lights cost around 300 and whirlpool will not cover a common problem.

I just bought my first house and first refrigerator. I've only had it 10 days and now it doesn't work. All the lights went out, I'm losing all my food and Best Buy can't get someone here until November 18th??? NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!! VERY disappointed!

The LED interior lights went out. Now I have no light when I open the fridge. Ive read its a common defect for this fridge.

Although I really did not want a side by side, I purchased this fridge. No real complaints. The only thing that is a bit annoying is: when I get ice out of the door, more times than not, this unit spits out cubes when least expected!!

I got this for sale, and it works great. it takes a while for the icemaker to fill up the ice bucket, but the dispenser works well. I like that tap water comes through the filter which makes a clean ice and water.

Our last fridge was over 20 years old and this one was a welcomed addition to our kitchen remodel. The shelves are wonderful along with the movable bins in the door. I wish that the freezer shelves were adjustable though. Also the bins in the door aren't very deep. I have noticed the unit is a little noisy at times when it cycles.

This is the best fridge that I've had in a long time. It has al the features that I wanted at a great price. I would recommend this fridge to friends and family.

1)The unit works well, keeps refrigerated food cold and frozen food frozen. Basic functionality is a 5. 2)The adjustability of the racks is limited, old fridge had 1 inch increments, this has several shelves and 1 additional location I don't feel like you get as much adjustment as I used to. Note I should have gone to store before buying to compare this with others, perhaps all brands are this way. 3) My wife loves crushed ice, this ice maker doesn't work well on crushed, oh it will give you loads of crushed ice but it tends to leave some in the shoot and then it falls out creating a mess in the drip tray and on the floor. It also likes to shoot it all over so position the glass well. 4) The panel for ice cubed, crushed, and water has lights that are always on, I wonder how long they will last.

I was looking for a black fridge that would go well in our all black appliance in our new home and again Best Buy had another great sale so we decided to purchase it. It is the right size for our family of 4 and plus it was recommend by friend of mine.

We purchased this in August 2014 to replace my 29 year old fridge that was still working, but did not move with us when we were transferred. I have been very pleased with this product, 12 months zero interest was perfect!

Overall, this is a very nice refrigerator. However, not happy with the fact that I had to purchase a separate shelf for the freezer. Also, having to switch the ice and water dispenser is a pain, and when dispensing ice, it goes everywhere. The area is also very small so hard to fit various size containers. We are exchanging for a new fridge that I think will fit our needs better.

this is the worst fridge i have ever owned. it makes extremely loud knocking sounds. whirlpool replaced the first one after 6 service calls. the first one didn't make enough ice, and the temperature in the freezer and fridge was not consistent. we liked the fridge overall so had it replaced with the same model. the second one is louder than the first one. it knocks every couple of hours, totally randomly. we were told it is the walls expanding and contracting. i have owed many fridges in my life and none of them have ever been this noisy. i would never recommend this fridge regardless of price point. i am extremely disappointed.

Refrigerator is fine, looks good, works well. The ice maker in the door is not deep enough. Ice spits out onto the floor. Inside the freezer, ice gets stuck in the chute, and when it melts, ice cube falls out onto the floor leaving puddles everywhere. What an atrocious design. Never would have bought this appliance, had I known about this problem.

I have had this product now for about a month and am satisfied with the purchase. After considering other refrigerators I decided on this one even though I originally was going to get a French door model. In my opinion, side by side configurations are just better at giving you the easiest access to your food in the refrigerator or freezer. The Ice Maker could have been constructed a bit better-as I did get a little frost build-up, and have the quirky dispenser-but not at all as bad as other reviewers. One other issue is I can't seem to configure the shelves in a way that I would consider the best to maximize space and functionality. Therefor, I am only rating it as good.

After looking at comparably priced and featured units, I chose this one. The look of this fridge is great. It does just what is intended without unwanted bells and whistles. The ice maker dispenser works just fine. As with any make or model, some shavings will come out but using a large enough cup will handle this. The unit runs very quiet and I am pleased with it's performance.

We recently moved and this fridge was a must-have!!!
