Love that the ice maker is in the freezer door. It is a little noisy like the other reviews said but almost every refrigerator in this price range claimed to be noisy. The ice dispenser is great, my last one the ice would go all over the floor.

Great gift for my son and daughter in law. I have had whirlpool appliances for years and the never let me down. Plus the ice maker doesn't take up room from the freezer compartment

We needed a new frig because the other had been finicky for years - ice sometimes in frig drawer. Freezer was not cooling as it has in past. So glad to have a consistently running unit now.

My fridge works great but having some problems with ice machine. Does not make a full tub of ice. Good thing I bought the extended warranty for this kind of situation.

This refrigerator is a great value- beautiful stainless steel with all the features I wanted, and it is very spacious. No need to spend $2500 on a new fridge; this is everything you need.

We've had the fridge about 3 weeks and it has functioned as advertised with no unexpected drawbacks. We were going to buy the $999 sale fridge with the single lever ice / water dispenser but after reading the reviews realized there had to be a better ice maker available which did not cause ice to miss the glass and wind up on the floor. So I shopped some more models online which informed me that I could upgrade the ice maker unit by getting the slightly larger and more expensive model we purchased. So far the dual lever ice maker has made no messes of any kind and we are very pleased with the performance of this model. It's a quiet refrigerator but I'm pretty sure all built-in ice makers have to make some noise as they pump water into the unit and activate the ice making apparatus. It's also got a better water filter system and an additional air filter to reduce odors. Great unit worth a few hundred more.

I am giving it a 4-star for 2 reasons: 1) there could be one additional shelf both in the fridge and freezer (maybe I can order them, haven't looked into doing it yet). 2) the top shelf in the fridge (not adjustable), is not really high enough to store a milk gallon because there is a light right on top, so you have to sort of tilt the gallon to put it into the fridge, so it fits behind the light. Other than this, it seems to be a good fridge, so far.

I read the reviews and almost didnt go with this one... Im glad I did! Its a great refrigerator! People kept saying how noisy it was in their reviews... I dont get it... I mean.. Of course you're going to hear ice drop...

Some reviews had said the ice maker was noisy. It is about the same as my last fridge and seems to be a normal sound/noise level for dropping ice cubes to me. But then again I have a regular dishwasher and not a low decibel one. Overall I really like the fridge. The drawers slide in and out really nice compared to my last one. I just hope it lasts a long time. We've had it about 6 months.

This was a great purchase! The salesman at Best Buy upgraded me because they were out of the one I wanted. Ice machine and water dispenser are great! LED lighting is beautiful. Runs very quietly.

This refrigerator operates efficiently and quietly. Only 2 small complaints: Limited shelf adjustability and the initial 8 oz. of water dispensed through the door isn't cold.

Good product. Was a little surprised at the noise level of the ice maker in the door when ice is dumped but the amount of space it frees up in the freezer is well worth it.

Not a fan of stainless steel after buying, but this is a good refrigerator so far. Lots of space, everything works great.

I read the reviews before purchasing. I don't notice noise at all. Ice maker isn't noisy either. Works great and price is great. The only con, I think, is the water dispenser does not dispense very cold water. Samsung was MUCH colder.

Bought this for my 90 yr old Dad to replace his 15 yr old Amana Fridge. He loves it and there is a ton of freezer room since the ice maker is located in the door. Looked at a lot of fridges and went with this one because the shelves were deeper than other side by sides so it holds a lot more food. Plus he likes having the milk gallons in the door to free up shelf space.

I ordered this item from the book, not realizing it was an older model unit at least five years old. Ice maker very poor, can not adjust shelf's. I would not recommend this item to anyone site unseen.

Display inside temperatures on freezer door panel, increase ice production rate and prevent it from discharging onto the floor. Improve the shelf adjustment system for both refrigerator and freezer compartments.

Good amount of room in the freezer and the fridge.

This refrigerator is absolutely perfect, it is spacious yet discreet.
