The awkward placement of the main light in the fridge. It basically lowers the height Clarence for items to be placed on the top shelf.

Not as nice as the refrigerator I originally purchased. Functional and kinda small

One of the only well rated refrigerators that would fit under my cabinetry. Replaced an almost identical older model that was white and had a slightly larger freezer width wise. Also refrigerator has less storage options for gallons of milk etc.

It is large enough to hold everything, the ice maker is on the door so you have more room in the freezer!

This is a great refrigerator and is big enough for all my needs. Don't have any complaints about this refrigerator.

Compressor runs at a very high revolutions per minute causing a great deal of noise. Very disturbing because the unit is located near an open great room.

The best part about this fridge is that the freezer shelfs are not made of wire!!!

Holds everything and then some. Plan on buying another one for new home

Overall this is a great fridge. I prefer the side by side configuration to the new french door style fridge, and I like having a separate ice and water dispenser so we (especially kids) don't have to hit any buttons to switch between ice and water. However there's a couple things to consider. The ice container is pretty small. If you're hosting a party you'll likely need to buy a bag of ice from the store. Second is that there's areas in the fridge that don't seem to be insulated from the freezer as well so items have frozen in our fridge. It's only really a couple spots though.

This is our second Whirlpool fridge in the last couple of years. We just moved and needed to update appliances. In my opinion, for the price you can't beat Whirlpool. We nearly bought a Samsung this time for something different, but after reading reviews online and talking to salesman, we decided to stick with the Whirlpool. This fridge doesn't smudge very easily (we have 3 young boys) and my wife loves that you can still stick magnets to the front.

Noise level is completely unacceptable for a $1,500 appliance. As I write this I am about 20 feet away watching TV and can hear it going in the background. Would not recommend for anyone that can hear reasonably well unless they can tolerate constant background noise.

Love my new fridge. Came right on time. Called 10 min out. Sales person Ken was awesome as well.

Literally the worst refrigerator of all times that I purchased. So thankful I purchased the protection plan with this fridge but wondering about the Lemon policy since they have been out here multiple times to fix. They did replace the fridge with another and sure enough, after about 6 months the ice maker makes ice so slow that you better get used to going to the corner store to buy bags of ice. Was told that this is because they are energy efficient. Not True... The fridge is bad, bad bad.... Do not buy this.
