We loved this fridge. The fridge side is ice cold which help keeps the food longer like vegetables. We ended up buying three of this same exact Whirlpool fridge model for our home during the pandemic and upgrading all of our old broken fridges.

The refrigerator is working fine. The size is good.

As a refrigerator, it is fine. But the drawers do not slide easily. I have no idea what the problem is, but probably just cheap components. Also, the refrigerator, when the condenser is running, is very loud. Given we usually eat at the kitchen table, and our kitchen has walls and small entrances, it makes the kitchen rather noisy. But how do you tell if a refrigerator is noisy until it is in your home? They are not plugged in at the store. I wish I'd known that before I bought it. Too late now.

Overall, this is an adequate replacement for our 18-year old Whirlpool side-by-side. It is good only as a replacement. There are some shortcomings with this model: 1. The stainless steel on the front is prone to fingerprints and smudges. 2. When the refrigerator door opens it swings back and forth on its plastic hinges. To me , this will cause excessive wear and tear over the life of the door. 3. The handle on the freezer side door keeps coming loose no matter how much it is tightened. I feel the handle will eventually come off of the door over time. I think this is a design flaw. However, it does preserve and keep our food which is what we bought it for.

Good device for family, requires small space. The color is good.

I’m pleased with my new refrigerator! It offers ample space for all my food items, and I appreciate the addition of wheels, which make it easy to move around when needed. Overall, it's a great purchase!

I've had this for about a year now. Sometimes ice is a little slow to come out. Both doors fly open pretty fast. But besides that. Its good for the price.

The refrigerator and freezer space is very good. Don't have any issues there. What's very frustrating is the speed of ice making and the separate water spout and button to activate it. You have to go past the water spout and button to get ice, and I regularly find my feet getting wet or water in a glass that wasn't supposed to have water in it. I think they tried to get too cute with this instead of just having a button to switch back and forth between ice and water.

Nice fridge. Shelves are not adjustable for taller items. Ice gets stuck in the door sometimes when using the ice dispenser on outside of door. Salesman told me the stainless steel wouldn’t show but water from water dispenser spills down the front from the catch tray and constantly have to wipe it down but it does wipe down easy and looks nice. Just an inconvenience.

As a refrigerator, it is good at keeping things cool. Makes ice, fairly silent, stays clean. The water dispenser does not taste good. We have a stand alone water filtration system as well and it is tasteless and delicious. Actually, our municipal water is pretty good right out of the tap. That said, no matter how much we run through it, the filtered water tastes really bad out of this refrigerator. Replaced the filter, same story. Pretty disappointing, really.

Paid about$2500 for a Samsung that broke 13 months after purchase and couldn't be fixed and they wouldn't do anything about it,(Samsung&Lowe's) always have had Whirlpool so I should have stuck with them. GREAT brand and GREAT fridge and GREAT BEST BUY

Product is just as we ordered, takes a minute for the ice to be made and fill up but overall a great looking unit

We are advised to get a Whirlpool fridge & never regret it, really reliable product and great design. Love it.

The line of this refrigerator is modern and elegant. The noise it makes its normal and within expected spectrum, its making ice cubes, not cotton. I mention this because other reviewers have complained about the noise. So far, great choice!

The ice maker was jamming at first but turned great after. No more issues.

Love the refrigerator for its outward appearance and room inside. Unfortunately, it came out of the box from the factory damaged and scratched. My fantastic In Home Advisor Dave, who originally ordered this appliance for us on July 18, 2020, had to order a replacement.

I am happy with my purchase but one of the drawers sticks and I'm hoping it will get better with use. Otherwise - love the fridge.

We are loving it. The LED lighting and the open clear shelves makes it look even bigger than what it is.

The refrigerator itself seems to be working as it should. The problem is with the delivery of the refrigerator. I was not told that delivery only means getting it into the house. They did not unpack or check that the refrigerator would even run. Also, if they had unpacked it, they would have seen the dents that they knocked into both sides
