All good so far ... great amount of space , functional , love middle drawer for soda and water . Ice maker is likely to be a problem ... already seems slow and noisy.

I was a little concerned when I brought it home about the storage component but it has serve my family well. I love that it shuts down when my kids open the door! Great fridge, reasoning for Four Stars is that the ice tray was not producing as fast as I thought.

This fridge is really nice. Fit's perfectly alongside the wall and counter in the kitchen. The glass bottom in the main fridge area lets you see whats in the snack drawer which is a handy feature. The one thing I don't like about it is the drip tray for the ice/water. It's just a well, no grid or anything to lock in the water. So it splashes out when there's water in there and you open the door. And removing the tray to empty it usually results in some spillage as well.

It's a nice, roomy refrigerator that matches the other kitchen appliances in my new home. I appreciate that Whirlpool appliances are known for their reliability. And... I just love that middle drawer!

Large roomy refrigerator with a convenient deli/cheese tray drawer. The icemaker can be a bit touchy if the icebox it’s not pushed in all the way and it does have a tendency to jam on occasion when dispensing.

Simple and elegant design looks nice from outside. Spacious room and well organized compartments in inside. Two horizontal doors design makes it very convenient as readily accessible items can be stored inside the the upper small horizontal door with no need for opening other large doors to save energy.

I’ve had this almost a year now. I bought this despite the reviews about noise and the doors. It was the only fridge at this level that would fit in my space so I was willing to take a chance. As far as the noise from the ice maker - believe it. I’ve gotten used to it and I don’t use much ice anyway. When it’s getting a lot of use there is usually enough other ambient noise as not to bother me. However, it does produce lots of quality ice in a short period of time. I’ve seen other super quiet ice makers and they don’t produce as much ice and the ice is somewhat melted. The right side door will pop open a bit when shutting the left door. The good thing is that it is not enough to stop the motor from running. You get used to just making sure it’s shut. Still, seems at this price point they could have fixed this issue. I’ve also experience a bit of freezing in the far left corner under the ice maker. Again, not a big deal to me and I just put stuff there that this does not matter. These are all problems that have been reported many times and it just seems that Whirlpool could have fixed these issues. Overall, I’m satisfied and it is very roomy and has been without any other problems.

Haven't had the refrigerator long enough to say how well it works a year from now but so far it seems like a very decent refrigerator. It is kind of loud at times but it seems to work well so we will put up with alittle noise. The ice maker works very well so far and even on the hot days we've had we have not run out of ice and we use alot of ice. The crisper draws could be bigger because you can't put a head of lettuce in the drawers unless you cut the lettuce head in half, kind of ruins the purpose of having a crisper drawer at all for lettuce or cauliflower. All in all we are thrilled with a working refrigerator and one that allows us to have ice. Probably the best refrigerator we've had in recent years for now. Hope it holds up through the years.

I have had the product for over 1 month with no problem. Product is quite except when it runs the water for the ice machine. I think all refrigerators are noisy when making ice. Refrigerator has a lot of space both in refrigerator and freezer. Largest refrigerator that would fit my space.

I like the fridge overall. Plenty of room and three external drawer is amazing. Having some issues with ice maker. It doesn't seem to make enough ice. Going to call and see if they'll look at it. It's only 3 weeks old.

Love this refrigerator! Sleek and functional. The middle drawer is a plus to have for all of the drinks etc. that are often reached for. Very roomy and maintains the temperature throughout the refrigerator according to their area.

After our LG refrigerator died at the ripe age of 6, we needed another refrigerator. This Whirlpool 24.5 Cu Ft 4-door French door refrigerator was the perfect choice! Should have purchased a Whirlpool originally instead of LG. The ice dispenser is fast, love the middle drawer for all kinds of things. I was told that LG's are notorious for breaking down around 5 years (condenser). Don't buy an LG, look at Whirlpool - you will be happy!!

We researched and compared several models and manufactures and settled on this Whirlpool and love it. We had heard so many friends and family members have this style of fridge and hate them. We were cautious, but have loved this fridge. Our only complaint is the ice maker dispenser in the door will sometimes hold ice without us knowing and then as it melts it makes a mess. For the longest time we didn't know what was going on and finally released if we chose crushed ice, it was sticking in the shoot and melting.

Looks fabulous! Tons of storage, love the water and ice features. The 3rd door/drawer is a great feature. The best is the close to zero clearance on the door hinges! Fits snug, and is easy to make it look built in!

We just love this fridge! It has lots of space, the fridge drawer is perfect for produce, and it looks great too. Makes an occasional odd noise.

I really like this unit, however some commentators mention it is loud. It is a bit loud, but it isn't something that you hear over a conversation or the TV. It is well designed, and reliable.

Very nice refrigerator! Got on sale for Black Friday! Decent storage and great build quality! Only gripe is the ice maker wastes a lot of space that could be useful

Great refrigerator. First one they delivered the ice kept jamming in the door. The following week they swapped it out with a new one. After 8 days I had another ice jam but that was in the ice maker. I wiggled it around a little and it started making ice again. If it wasn’t for the small issue with the ice I would have given it a 5 star rating. The one thing that I love about Best Buy and the Geek Squad they ALWAYS do the right thing!!!! I would recommend this to anyone.

The middle drawer is great for storage. The freezer has just enough room but could be a bit bigger. We have boxy frozen items that take up a lot of room and have to be placed in our outside freezer. Fridge door with ice maker only closes all the way if given a little push. Door will sit a little bit open if you let it try to close on its own, however fridge will not recognize that the door is open, so no alarm goes off. Not a deal breaker, just inconvenient at times.

The fridge looks nice and performs well. I would say the interior shape (due to the middle drawer and ice maker) is a bit awkward and the middle drawer looks cool, but isn't so great functionality-wise, so that's why I took a star off. It's perhaps a little louder than others, but nothing to complain about. Those that are complaining may have unusually loud ones or something.
