This is perhaps the worst refrigerator of all time. The design is so bad nearly nothing fits in it. The large ice maker uses the full upper left corner and nothing can be stored near it. Then they have this tiny slim pocket shelf on the mating door side that will only take extremely small items. Very poor placement of shelving. Very little can be done to accommodate tall bottles such as wine. Very difficult to remove ice cubes manual from the storage bin without spilling nearly all the ice. Often the crushed ice maker will jam and you must go to cubes to unjam it. Changing the filter is another stupid design. After changing the filter you must reset the "change filter" sign manually. My previous unit it just sensed a new filter and reset itself. I highly do not recommend this model or any Whirlpool model of similar design. You will be very disappointed. I wish I could get back my old unit and spend whatever would've been necessary to fix it. As far as quality goes...unknown. have not had more than six months.

This fridge is really nice. Fit's perfectly alongside the wall and counter in the kitchen. The glass bottom in the main fridge area lets you see whats in the snack drawer which is a handy feature. The one thing I don't like about it is the drip tray for the ice/water. It's just a well, no grid or anything to lock in the water. So it splashes out when there's water in there and you open the door. And removing the tray to empty it usually results in some spillage as well.

It's a nice, roomy refrigerator that matches the other kitchen appliances in my new home. I appreciate that Whirlpool appliances are known for their reliability. And... I just love that middle drawer!

We LOVE our new Whirlpool 4-Door French Door Refrigerator. I cannot tell you how happy we are with the space, design & quality. At first were hesitant to buy one with an icemaker but over the years this has been improved greatly. I would buy this one again for sure. It's perfect for us! I am particular, but no complaints w/this fridge.

I purchased this fridge as an open box / floor model. It had no damage besides the residual amounts of tape that were inside of the fridge when it was being used as a display. But this fridge has been amazing and have had no complaints. 10/10 recommend this fridge!

I have just one negative comment. This refrigerator runs 24/7. That’s noisy. It’s isolated from most of the house so the noise is never an issue. (although it sounds like a motorcycle, when you’re in the kitchen.) I do love this thing, although the shelving situation is questionable.

So far it works perfect. We replaced and LG that was 2 years old that had died. Keeps things cold and makes plenty of ice. A little loud but everything else is perfect. Love the middle drawer.

We absolutely love this refrigerator. We were initially looking at a different one without the additional drawer, but so happy we decided on this one. The only thing I wish is that it would make a noise if the door is left open since we have little kids. Besides that we have been very happy.

All good so far ... great amount of space , functional , love middle drawer for soda and water . Ice maker is likely to be a problem ... already seems slow and noisy.

I was a little concerned when I brought it home about the storage component but it has serve my family well. I love that it shuts down when my kids open the door! Great fridge, reasoning for Four Stars is that the ice tray was not producing as fast as I thought.

Haven't had the refrigerator long enough to say how well it works a year from now but so far it seems like a very decent refrigerator. It is kind of loud at times but it seems to work well so we will put up with alittle noise. The ice maker works very well so far and even on the hot days we've had we have not run out of ice and we use alot of ice. The crisper draws could be bigger because you can't put a head of lettuce in the drawers unless you cut the lettuce head in half, kind of ruins the purpose of having a crisper drawer at all for lettuce or cauliflower. All in all we are thrilled with a working refrigerator and one that allows us to have ice. Probably the best refrigerator we've had in recent years for now. Hope it holds up through the years.

I’ve had this almost a year now. I bought this despite the reviews about noise and the doors. It was the only fridge at this level that would fit in my space so I was willing to take a chance. As far as the noise from the ice maker - believe it. I’ve gotten used to it and I don’t use much ice anyway. When it’s getting a lot of use there is usually enough other ambient noise as not to bother me. However, it does produce lots of quality ice in a short period of time. I’ve seen other super quiet ice makers and they don’t produce as much ice and the ice is somewhat melted. The right side door will pop open a bit when shutting the left door. The good thing is that it is not enough to stop the motor from running. You get used to just making sure it’s shut. Still, seems at this price point they could have fixed this issue. I’ve also experience a bit of freezing in the far left corner under the ice maker. Again, not a big deal to me and I just put stuff there that this does not matter. These are all problems that have been reported many times and it just seems that Whirlpool could have fixed these issues. Overall, I’m satisfied and it is very roomy and has been without any other problems.

Large roomy refrigerator with a convenient deli/cheese tray drawer. The icemaker can be a bit touchy if the icebox it’s not pushed in all the way and it does have a tendency to jam on occasion when dispensing.

After extensive research, I finally picked this refrigerator and I love it! I was unsure about the smaller main compartment and the large "deli drawer," but I find it so convenient. My previous fridge was slightly bigger, but this one holds more and is better organized. The only complaint is that sometimes the icemaker will dispense crushed ice with cubes. I've read that complaint about other refrigerators. Annoying, but not a game-changer.

Simple and elegant design looks nice from outside. Spacious room and well organized compartments in inside. Two horizontal doors design makes it very convenient as readily accessible items can be stored inside the the upper small horizontal door with no need for opening other large doors to save energy.

Love this refrigerator! Sleek and functional. The middle drawer is a plus to have for all of the drinks etc. that are often reached for. Very roomy and maintains the temperature throughout the refrigerator according to their area.

Great fridge... Iove the bottom freezer models and especially the middle drawer. Best Buy made this purchase & delivery easy.

I have had the product for over 1 month with no problem. Product is quite except when it runs the water for the ice machine. I think all refrigerators are noisy when making ice. Refrigerator has a lot of space both in refrigerator and freezer. Largest refrigerator that would fit my space.

I like the fridge overall. Plenty of room and three external drawer is amazing. Having some issues with ice maker. It doesn't seem to make enough ice. Going to call and see if they'll look at it. It's only 3 weeks old.

Quality product with excellent, easy to use temperature and ice controls. Keeps food very cold and freezes quickly Non smudge finish maintains a perfect surface. A must appliance for your kitchen.
