    Love the compact size and lighter weight and of course it’s keeping bedroom nice & cool but it’s way too noisy. And it’s making weird noises like something is stuck inside. So it’s frustrating to purchase new appliance that’s so noisy.

    I would have returned this if I wasn't so tired. Doesn't cool my room and the last ac I had was a 5000 BTU and it did. The buttons on the remote are silly and don't make sense. I just push until something makes sense. So upset with this purchase. Never ever again
