Problems with the freezer so severe we had to get a new refrigerator

We have had 3 service calls on this fridge. Waiting on 4th to come next week. We had to purchase a small freezer and a small fridge to save out food after the freezer stopped working in january and now the fridge isn’t cooling. Looks pretty, but that’s about it.

This is a great refrigerator. The 4 doors are great and it hold a lot of items. Also the shelves are easy to reconfigure. Even the water filter is easy to install. This refrigerator is expensive, but well worth it.

Here's my 7 year experience with this frig -don't buy if you need a frig to make ice quickly -exterior front rusts unless you keep up with regular cleaning -bottom freezer ices over due to doors not shutting properly

Repair 2 times under warranty and 2 times since. And not cooling again. Wound not recommend

Love this refrigerator .. Middle dewar is useful .. I would recommend .

I HAVE BEEN PURCHASING ITEMS FROM LOWE'S FOR 12 YEARS SINCE I PURCHASED MY NEW HOME IN 2002. THIS WEEK WAS THE LAST TIME I WILL EVER BUY OR GO TO LOWE'S. I PURCHASED A NEW REFRIGERATOR ,, A WASHING MACHINE AND DRYER. THE LOWE'S PEOPLE WHO DELIVERED THE REFRIG SAID THEY COULD NOT HOOK UP THE WATER LINE FOR ICE MACHINE AND WATER. THE STORE SOLD A METAL SCREW TYPE PLUG. I HAVE IN THE WALL A SNAP TYPE NOT SCREW OUTLET.. THEY SAID I NEEDED A PLUMBER TO CHANGE OUT THE WALL OUTLET. I HAD PLUMBER COME OUT AND COST ME $150 TO SAY. THE WATER WATER LINE WAS ALREADY INSTALLED IN THE REFRIG AND HE HOOKED IT UP IN 10 MINUTES. THE PROBLEM IS THE WATER COMING OUT SO SLOW IT TAKES 5 MINUTES TO FILL A GLASS. I WENT BACK TO LOWES TO COMPLAIN THAT THEIR PEOPLE COST ME $150 . THERE WAS NO PROBLEM . THEY DID NOT KNOW ANYTHING. THEY CAN DELIVER. I WENT TO LOWE'S TO COMPLAIN. ALL I GOT WAS FORM SALES PERSON WAS GO TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGEMENT SAYS IT WAS NOT THIER FAULT. MY ANSWER TO MY WIFE WE WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER ITEM AT LOWE'S. OVER LAST 15 YEARS. OVER $20,000 AND IN THE FUTURE THEY WILL NEVER GET 1 CENT OF MY MONEY. WHAT IS A 5 YEAR WARRANTY SERVICE IF I CAN NOT GET A PERSON TO INSTALL BYE for lack of support!

The refrigerator is good, love the slide out for frosty mugs. However, the ice maker is WAY TOO SMALL. You only get 3-4 glasses of ice out of this. Not good if you entertain much.

This refrigerator is very cheaply made but I paid a lot for this appliance. Both of the drawers inside the freezer have broken so that the front edge falls off. A piece of the plastic inside on one of the slider drawers has cracked. The lights in the refrigerator flicker and go off requiring a reset of the fridge. The ice maker is very finicky and requires resets at times as well. Of course most of this issues started occurring right after the warranty expired. Would not recommend this appliance.
