After much research and debate over a new fridge, we decided on this model for our new house. We have had this fridge for just about one month and have been very happy with it. It works well - quiet, plenty of room, water comes out of the dispenser quickly (I can fill a 32oz bottle fast), makes ice quickly and quietly, and has plenty of nice features that we like. The purchase process from Best Buy was one of the smoothest and easiest ones we've experienced for a major appliance...the customer service was excellent. The fridge was delivered on time, as promised, and the delivery crew was very courteous, meticulous, and professional. I would highly recommend this product as a nice addition to compliment other stainless appliances in your kitchen. I definitely recommend purchasing from Best Buy. We will absolutely look to Best Buy for future large appliance purchases!

Love this fridge! Looks great and operates quietly and efficiently. Ice maker is a bit small and so are the cubes but no big deal. Plenty of storage in the freezer and we love the third drawer with customizable options. LED lights throughout.

I have only had this refrigerator for a few days, so I cannot speak about longevity or reliability (although I have always had good luck with Whirlpool). I love the spacious interior with the three separate storage bins and the adjustable shelves. The middle drawer is especially nice for grab-and-go items like yogurts, fruit cups, etc. The freezer compartment with the pull out shelf is very nice; in my old top freezer model, items would get crammed in the back where they were difficult to see. Some people have complained about the noise, but it seems super quiet to me-I even opened the door once to see if it was on! (Full disclosure-we moved from a lower-end (very noisy) fridge, so that may be why it seems so quiet to me.). The stainless steel is beautiful, and the delivery was quick and efficient. I love it!

I purchased this refrigerator to go in our newly built home. We were upgrading from our refrigerator at our old house. This refrigerator is great! I really love the ice in the door, fourth drawer and sliding shelves in the freezer section.

For 3 months this refrigerator has been leaking condensation water on the kitchen floor. For 2 and a half months the service technicians have not been able to resolve the issue. The poor design appears to be the culprit and it makes me wonder how many other Whirpool products lack good quality control and testing. I met another couple with the same frig and problem. These refrigerators are less than a year old!

We recently purchased this 26cf Whirlpool refridge to replace a 19cf Whirlpool and thus far are very happy with our decision. Not only is this a nice looking appliance but has more than enough interior room. The external refridge drawer is very handy. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

This refrigerator has less cubic feet capacity than my old side by side - but MUCH more usable space! The interior layout is well thought out with space for everything. The shelf design is flexible and does contain spills. Very satisfied and I highly recommend this refrigerator.

Thoroughly enjoy the space and possible configurations

I love the ice dispenser! I owned a more expensive LG unit before but the ice would freeze up and never come out. I am very happy with this purchase. If I could change anything, I would relocate the controls of the 1st drawer. It can easily be reset if you lean in your frig to retrieve something. I would definitely recommend!

Purchased in 2016. The refrigerator itself is awesome as far as space and shelves and features. Minus a star because the compressor needed to be replaced at around 5 years of ownership. It was under warranty so no cost to me. Now about a year after that replacement it's doing the same thing. Still under warranty but a bummer. I still love it. Just wondering what's going to happen when the 10 year warranty on the compressor ends.

Love this fridge! Well designed! The handle on the bottom of the drawers make them so easy to pull out, they glide nicely. The freezer has 2 sliding shelves that are convenient. What is the best is the extra exterior drawer, great for all of lunch items! Also, the shallow compartment with sliding doors is great for storing your cheese.

Love the fridge, storage, and utility. I doubt anyone would argue that! A few things though: 1. Fingerprints. You will get them. Get a good cleaner and microfiber and clean them. 2. Buttons for the water are acting up a bit and we haven't had it that long. Will keep an eye on it. 3. The main ice compartment is in the fridge, so *can* melt slightly - just keep the fridge temp cold enough and you'll be ok. Overall it's a really great refrigerator and we're happy to have it. So much storage, lots of drawers, etc.

I love Samsung refrigerators. Unfortunately, this newer model seems to provide less usable space than the one it replaced. Regardless, it trumps other brands and is an excellent choice that will last you a long time.

The wife and I really enjoy the lighting in the frig area. We found that most of the French door units have smaller ice reservoirs. This model was in the medium size from other brands. Overall we a very please!!! I would highly recommend it

We brought this after looking at the many different brands and types of refrigerators on the floor at our local store. We could not have made a better choice for the price with all of the many features we were looking for in a refrigerator. This is perfect for a growing active family. We love it. Wow.

Ice maker is a little loud but overall storage amount is amazing

All seems well except it's a little slow on ice making and the seems to be a ;ittle frost build up on the left side of the freezer.

I recently purchased a 26 cubic foot version of this refrigerator. It arrived damaged and a replacement model was delivered 3 days later, except that it was a 28 cubic foot model. We really like the combination of the drawers and the dispenser of crushed ice, cubed ice and water in the door.
