This refrigerator is really working nicely and is easy to get in and out of. The bottom freezer has trays that slide back and forth and one of plastic pieces became unattached. I was able to reattach and it's holding. The only minor problem is ice maker is medium sized and to keep up, one must empty on regular basis and keep back up ice in bottom freezer in a large zip lock bag. It would be nice if the bottom freezer had a ice storage container built into the unit.

Hard to rate excellent as i have not had the fridge for long enough. So far, so good. So issues so far. Love the storage flexibility. Fits our needs well. Easy to clean. Looks good. Is somewhat noisy, but that is nit picky. Freezer door could be a little smoother. French doors could close a little cleaner. It is easy to leave them ajar.

Great refrigerator for the money. Had to remove the doors to get it in the house. Could use a dedicated space for butter and eggs though.

This fridge has a space for just about everything. The external door is very convenient. The only downfall I've noticed so far is the outside seems to show dirt and fingerprints very easily.

We love this new fridge. There's so much space, and they've made it easy to find anything with large, see-through drawers and efficient layouts. It wasn't the cheapest fridge on our consideration list, but we're thrilled to have made this choice.

Love the middle door and the bright lighting. A little difficult to get the knack of using the dispenser, and have occasional drips. Overall very satisfied

I love this fridge. Plenty of space and adjustable shelves. The freezer on bottom leaves more space for drinks and leftovers up top. The 3 drawers in the freezer make it easy to organize meats, frozen veggies and leftovers. Each gets their own drawer. The middle drawer gives quick access to cold drinks, cold cuts and yogurt without opening the whole ref ridge. Absolutely very happy with this purchase.

Everything works great! Lots of room and runs very quiet! Really like the middle drawer! Beautiful refrigerator! Love it!

We love everything about the look and functionality of this refrigerator with only a few minor complaints. As others have mentioned, the water dispenser isn't located in the best spot and also tends to drip if you move your glass too fast. The motor is also louder than we would like, but not terrible. The ice dispenser is great and refills fast. Would definitely recommend this model.

Great design, bunch of storage and looks sexy! I like the measuring ability with the water dispenser to pour a perfect cup. I like how the dispenser light is automatically enabled when dispenser in use. Freezer space is good but might not be enough for bigger families. However it does have several compartment. Pizza drawer is very functional, as is the middle drawer for snacks and drinks!

Great product! It looks awesome with rest of decor! Still trying to figure out how to maximize space for taller items. Love the drawer though!

This is our 2nd Whirlpool fridge this year. We bought a similar model in January and after 4 service calls, Whirlpool finally agreed to refund us. We found ourselves back at Best Buy 6 months later looking for a new fridge. We bought this model with some hesitation. The reviews were good and how could we get 2 bad refrigerators in a row? The problem the first time was that the compressor would ice over preventing the cold air from circulating. The result was no ice was being made and everything turned warm. We ended up moving our refrigerator items to the freezer section just to keep it cold. We do love the features of this new model, especially the middle drawer & lots of space in the fridge section. It's been a month now that we've owned it and ice is starting to build along the freezer drawer. I'm nervous but hopeful that it will be ok. Best suggestion would be to buy the warranty package. We never do but I'm glad we did for this purchase.

We got the fridge to match the gold series appliances we had already. Our kids love the drawer to access their snacks. I like the lighting

This refrigerator was a great value. It has the upgraded shelves and the 3rd drawer. The only problem so far was all the lights didn’t work but it was fixed quickly.

Didn't think I'd like the fridge drawer but it is wonderful. Great design. Love the ice in the door versus raking up space in the fridge.

This so far has been a great purchase. We really enjoy the space and the drawer for drinks and other things that we frequent out of the fridge. I read the other reviews before purchasing and haven't noticed any obnoxious noises. Seems pretty quiet to us. No issues and I would buy another. We have owned this product for about 60 days.

Great fridge with lots of practical organization of space. 3 slide out drawers and vertical pocket slots in the freezer make this unit particularly stand out if you struggle with trying to keep freezer spaces organized. Interior drawer spaces of fridge are equally helpful to keep everything in its place.

Love the drawer for meat and cheese. I can find everything as it is clearly visible. The rest of the refrigerator is likewise. Large storage in doors.
