Nice shelving arrangement. So far works as expected. Hoping for longer life than previous refrigerator which was Kenmore (LG) and lasted 4 years. Makes lots of noises.

This refrigerator replaces an LG that started to malfunction after 5 months!!It was repaired but never worked right.Finally after about 14 months I got credit to replace it.We decided on a Whirlpool of comparable style.So far I am very pleased.The food stays cold and the freezer works great.It makes plenty of ice.The inside of the refrigerator is very well lit-the freezer could use a bit more though.I have plenty of room and there are some nice design features-bins and drawers.I would recommend this.

Like the refrigerator. Great space and compartments. Only issue is that the water/ice dispenser does not have a drain so water ends up splashing down the front or ending up in a little puddle on the floor.

The refrigerator works great and is quiet. There is a lot of room for food. The only negative I have is there are slots to add an additional door shelf but it does not come with the shelf. I had to purchase this shelf separately.

Love our new fridge the Stainless Steel matches our other appliances. Enough storage with multiple shelves. Freezer storage is deep to store a lot of items. LED lighting lights up the entire space when door is opened.

Huge upgrade from a side by side door fridge. It’s spacious and extremely well lit. No food will ever hide in a corner in this fridge. Ice maker is good though I barely use it. Good quality as well since I wanted a reliable fridge. I was initially looking at LG but I think whirlpool has better long term reliability.

Very spacious. Only complaint is that it makes strange sounds after each door-closing, I'm thinkin it's just creating a good seal? Sounds like a cell phone is ringing far away.

We mostly like our Whirlpool French Door fridge. The quality of build seems to be better than the Samsung it replaced. The ice maker is great and it keeps up with our steady commands, plus its not noisy. The capacity is good and most of the layout works well. My wife doesn't care for the 3 drawer layout of the crisper and would like it better with two drawers. On the downside, it has a hi pitched noise that others have commented on in their reviews. Fortunately, It's not too loud.

Our delivery window was between 4pm and 6pm, we heard nothing all day and when it got to be 6:30pm I called the store to see what was happening. I was put on hold and told by a recording the wait time to talk to someone would be 55 minutes! Annoying to say the least considering they were already a half hour late. They finally showed up at 7pm. As for the refrigerator itself it seemed to take a long time to break the water/ice system in as we ran gallons of water through the system and it was still coming out cloudy. Needless to say my old refrigerator had clear water running through it when we disconnected it so not sure what the problem was there.

This fridge is a huge step up from my old side-by-side one. Lots of space and movable shelves. Basket does seam a bit cheaply made but everything else is high quality. It was pricier than other similar models. Also, I was very disappointed that Best Buy didn’t cover delivery or set up under Total Tech.

This refrigerator was replacing our 18 year-old unit that had been through a lot, so it took us a little while to get used to all the new features. We almost didn't go with this model because of some on-line reviews that complained about the doors being warped and not closing completely, but that has not been our experience at all - the doors are true and close tightly. The ice maker is small, but pretty much on par with most of the the french door models we looked at and it works well for the two of us, but ran empty when two other family members came over for dinner. The freezer is awesome - huge (well, compared to the side-by-side we replaced, anyway) and well compartmentalized. If we had any complaints at all, it would be that the water dispenser is quite a bit louder than our old unit - but that's not a deal breaker for us.

This is an awesome refrigerator. My only problem with it is that it has unusual sounds coming form it. It makes loud clicking sounds like a cat throwing up. And when I stand close to it it frequently sounds like a phone is ringing. It s very irritating... Other than that I love it... I would give it five stars if it weren't for those issues. And I would recommend it otherwise.

Only have had the refrigerator for about a month, but so far, I am happy with the purchase. Replaced a 12 year old LG that no longer produced ice and started to omit a sweet smell. Since you cannot find anyone to work on LG's, we decided to purchase a new refrigerator. We love our Kitchen Aid dishwasher and I know that Whirlpool is a division of Kitchen Aid so we went with them as we felt the refrigerator was better looking and fit our needs better than a Kitchen Aid one did. I would recommend this brand to anyone looking to buy. Hope we get many years of use out of it.

Whirlpool products are great . If I have to purchase another large appliance, it may be a Whirlpool

Just got this but so far so good. Lots of storage apace and since we can’t open the fridge goes completely due to a wall close by the fridge has a design that allows the deli tray to roll out completely. We looked at another brand and it was not designed with a notch in the door so if you can’t open your fridge door past 90 degrees the internal drawers may not be able to open fully. Smaller ice until allows for more storage as compared to our last whirlpool/kitchen aid unit. Price was also good and total tech provides free delivery and install (except hose for ice maker) and the extra year of warranty

Innovative, well thought out. I love on door water. My kids get ice and water constantly so the thought of electrical efficiency by opening the refrigerator door ...boggles me honestly. More so, the ice machine is built on door. Now...is this Ice machine going to fill your cooler like my old side by side? Nope. Does it sustain the amount of ice and water a family of 5 in FL goes through a day. Yep. Overall, pretty happy with the purchase.

Pros- Looks nice and i love the lights. Nice spacing. Cons - ice machine and the compressor is too loud. Sounds like a phone call and humming all the time. Same button for ice cubes, crushed ice, and water.

Terrible, The first thing we bought as homeowners and the worst thing about our home. It seems like they didn't consider the plastic would be kept in a cold environment for its entire lifespan and one by one. Each shelf and drawer has cracked and fallen apart. The ice line also leaked in our attic causing our ceiling to collapse over our dining room... Which was more of an installation issue. The fridge constantly leaks into the freezer causing a gross mess to build up in the rubber gaskets. And the fridge leaks out of the bottom into a drain pan that is made of cardboard so quickly dissolves, leaving a huge gross mess on the floor.

This is a beautiful refrigerator. It has plenty of space and is great for people who like organization. Only oddity is the noise it makes after you shut the door. Almost sounds like a faint ringtone of a phone.
