We love this Whirlpool Refrigerator. Organizing food and storage space is exceptional. The look is clean and matches our other stainless steel appliances very nicely. In the door water and ice works very well, but you need to keep your cup close to top of the dispenser to avoid any spillage, as well as wait 2 seconds once you're done to assure nothing spills. Got this on sale at Best Buy for $1799 for their Memorial Day Sale which was comparable to other big box stores. Found it cheaper online, but this is too large of a purchase to deal with any shipping damage risk hassles. The delivery service for Best Buy was done by a contractor who did a fantastic job with the removal of my old refrigerator and installation of this unit. They even installed a braided steel water line at no additional charge. This was one of my best purchase experiences in a very long time! Would recommend Best Buy and this Whirpool Refrigerator to anyone needing to make a purchase.

Some things you can't know until you have a frig home and use it awhile. VERY disappointed in the shelving storage in the doors. IF the shelves aren't full enough, water bottles, salad dressing, etc, falls over when the door is opened or closed. She "pocket" isn't deep enough. This never happened with my previous Whirlpool frig. Plus the Whirlpool had moveable dividers that helped keep things in place. Further, the door handles taper on the ends, making it very difficult to clean under the handles. And, then there is the ice maker that shouts out ice! The cubes shoot out in a way that you have to tilt the glass just right or the ice flies out. And, this is minor, but the ice doesn't even come out shaped decently. AND, finally, the frig has some small rust spots!!! I didn't know stainless steel coud rust! I don't understand why engineers would not test the design by seriously using the product before putting it out for production and sales. I am very disappointed with the frig and know now that I would ask family and friends for recommondations next time I make a large purchase.

This fridge has it all...sturdy door storage, sliding shelf, temp controls, and a huge storage drawer with pizza storage! Also, the beer drawer is amazing :) My ONE complaint is the ice/water dispenser. Being in the fridge door, the ice melts slightly and refreezes, clumping it together. But it's a worthy trade for all of the other features! And, it's SUPER bright! The LED lights are awesome. I love my fridge.

Although getting the fridge delivered was a nightmare, the fridge itself is great. Relatively quiet, the lighting is superb, it's easy to find things, and the refrigerator space is very large. Cons would be the fingerprints on the stainless steel and the mechanism that switches from Ice to water and then back to ice can be slow. Overall, we are very happy with this fridge thus far.

We went shopping for a refrigerator after our five plus year old LG crapped out and are very pleased with our purchase. It's quieter and bigger. Sticks out about 8 inches past the counter. Luckily we have the space. It did not look as large in the store..lol. The water hook up is fine for ice and filtered water but if you use water filtration before refrigerator hookup, the pressure is lower than advised causing irregular size ice cubes. I can live with that! Great frog and was on sale.

This refrigerator is spacious, quiet and very well lit. The ice is great..the organization within is incredible as well. I cannot say enough good things about it. It boasts being American made. If so, that is a good point too. I am impressed with the sales crew as well as with Geek Squad. I read 15 pages of reviews before this purchase. I do not relate to any of the complaints as I see nothing at all to complain about. Thank you, Best Buy ,for a positive experience

The fridge isn't bad and I don't really have any complaints about it. My wife complains that there is a slight lag when you put your cup in to the ice dispenser and drops one to many ice cubes. After removing your cup a cube of ice may fall out onto the floor. Fridge has worked great, no issues and its fairly large on the inside.

The layout of shelves is great. Love the drawers, and space this frig has. The freezer is SO roomy. But, the handles curve, and it's hard to get the space under them clean. And, when the frig runs, it's noisier than previous frig. The ice flies out, which means picking it up from the floor! Disappointed with the ice dispenser. It's great having an ice dispenser, but my previous Frigidaire didn't do that. Should've stuck with the Fridgidaire brand...but was trying to buy something made in the USA.

We bought this a few months ago after our very expensive LG fridge, which was only 5 years old, went out. The design is very spacious and the ice cubes are great. It is easy to clean and well though out for organizing everything. I like how there are 4 deli drawers and the freezer has drawers also including a space in the front for storing frozen pizzas vertically. For the first few days it was a little noisy at times, but I realized that was because it was producing a lot of ice.

i got a great deal on a open box item for about $900. awesome fridge, plenty of space. ice machine is small and the dispenser needs work. other than that, one of my best purchases

This is an awesome refrigerator and I highly recommend it. Loads of room in the refrigerator section and can be adapted easily to all sizes and types of food. Freezer section is good for everyday items, but for a 22lb Turkey, there was not enough room. Had to use my old refrigerator which, fortunately was still plugged in and working.

The Whirlpool - 26.8 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator is working well. They only flaw concern I have seen is the ice in the ice maker seems to slowly melt due to the fact that the ice maker is located in the refrigerator compartment.

This fridge has amazing storage space, rapid cooling ability, unique design/layout, and customizable shelves. The freezer being on the bottom makes it ideal so that you're not always cramming things sideways in a half door like most fridges. It also HAS A PIZZA BOX STORAGE SLOT that takes up no room in freezer and let's your pizza box sit vertically. Love this thing.

The fridge itself works great and is spacious, however, I initially had an issue with cloudy water coming out of the water dispenser. This took several geek squad trips to resolve, the issue was the water pressure in my house was too high which was causing bubbles, they had to attach a plastic hose to the back in order to remove the bubbles, there was a kit involved. They also installed the wrong handle when they initially delivered the fridge and forgot the water filter that they promised. Even though I had all of these issues Best Buy was great at getting everything resolved even if it took a little bit of extra time. I would recommend this fridge overall as it has ample space in the fridge and tons of room in the freezer as well.

We took a longtime to decide on a new Refrigerator. It is always hard to know if you will regret spending that much money on a new appliance. So many friends recommended the LG brand, and they had good review, but I was reluctant to take the plunge. We had measured and seen two different models at friends homes so we knew they were nice. We had also seen Samsung and heard several people laud them but had also heard that the repairs were long and costly. We knew this model was made in America which we wanted and we looked up the ratings which were high and compared to LG top of the line. When we saw it in the store, saw how the drawers were configured so we could actually open the bottom one all the way without having to get a smaller model, and the helpfulness of the sales person, we jumped at the purchase. The bonus was that it was on sale We saved several hundred dollars, I have never been this pleased with a large purchase.

We purchased this refrigerator as an open box close-out special for my daughter an son-in-law. It is an excellent value and is extremely well-made. The size is perfect for their growing family. The french doors make it easy to find what you are looking for without having to take up the whole kitchen by opening a single door. they love it and anticipate many years of service from it.

I did lots of research prior to purchasing this refrigerator. It works really well! Since being installed one month ago, the refrigerator has kept my food at the appropriate temperature, and makes little to no noise during normal operation. It is a bit tricky to dispense ice and water without spilling or dripping some onto the floor or the front of the refrigerator, but it is not excessive. Overall, thus far, I am pleased with my purchase!

I would have given a 5 but it is pretty high maintenance for me. The stainless steel is so hard to keep clean. I love the convenience of the freezer being easy to get into for my 4 year old. I also like how much space and how sleek the inside looks. You can't serve ice or water if the door is open either. It's just hard to get used to when our previous fridge allowed it.

We are enjoying this fridge. I will say it is hard to get used to not being able to open the door while getting ice and water. It also takes a while before the water starts and stops - I've spilt water twice. I also don't like the small amount of ice in the ice maker. These new fridges have very small ice maker compartments! It is very roomy, though, with lots of space for our groceries!
