Delivered Broken From The Factory
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is the second oven that we have purchased from Best Buy since June 30, 2018. The first oven could only be shut off by tripping the electrical breaker. This oven came from the factory BROKEN!. Three of the upper ovens coils were bent down by the person who installed one of the shelves. Quality control did NOT inspect this. Best Buy claims that Whirlpool has to special order this oven. It took 6 weeks to get the oven and now the replacement is going to take 7 additional weeks. I would NOT recommend this oven to my worst enemy. Super poor quality!!!!
