Bought because of the namebrand

The exhaust fan steam comes out the bottom, which heats up the house. Not good for the summer. The timer comes on about 4 beeps and cuts off. I'm use to a timer that keeps beeping until I cut it off in case I don't hear it. The fan is rather loud. I had no other problems so far with baking and have not had to clean the oven yet. Overall, I'm giving it a chance.

Piece of junk, poor quality and even worse
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Whirlpool WOS51EC7AS01 Oven: Purchased this oven brand new in 2/2014. Installed it about a week after delivery. The floor of the oven has buckled, and the porcelain coating has cracked and even spots have come off the oven, This oven cost us $1,200.00. Whirlpool has done nothing saying this is "normal and only cosmetic". If it were only cosmetic, then why is ther e porcelain in side the oven? I will return it to Best Buy for a full refund, it does not fit my needs. Period, Sorry customer service in 2014. No standards of quality. Customers do not matter, just keep buying our stuff. That is what they are saying by not backing up their products.
