This oven is so much better than my old GE Profile model. It is bigger on the inside and so modern in appearance_also very easy to operate as it tells you exactly how to operate the controls.

They need to actually use the microwave like a regular person DOOR: microwave oven door opens down (vs to the side) which and makes it difficult to slide things in if you are an average height woman. You also might walk right into the door when it is open if you aren't careful. MENU LIGHT: also doesn't light up when you touch it so if you want to use it at night you need to turn the kitchen light on to read the buttons INSIDE LIGHT: has gone out 3 times in 3 years

After delivery on August 2nd the oven would make loud vibrations when the fan would come on during heating and cooling and also the unit after 3 weeks would just reboot every 4 to 5 days. Plus the remote enable did not work to allow me to access the unit via Whirlpools app. The local contracted service provider came out (after a helpful call with Whirlpool) and replaced the control panel and had to remove the back covers and tighten all the bolts around the fan. Fortunately that fixed the noise and the random shutdown. The Remote enable still did not work. I called Whirlpool support and they said it would need a "patch" from engineering. They would let me know when it was done. first week I called back, not ready... Second week I called back not ready and you will need to wait until NOVEMBER for the patch to be available. The CS rep said that all units like mine are going to need to wait until the patch is ready in NOVEMBER. SO be careful buying this unit before November if you want the remote enabled capability. The reason I gave 2 stars was because the Microwave and stove do operate well.

Microwave will always pause before food is cook. Been doing this since day one. Repair person Change every part in it. Still did not fix the problem. Repair person is at a lost. You have to slam the door before it will work but sometimes that is no successful. Very disappointed. I purchase it in November but it was not delivered until January.

There are only two companies making the oven/micro combination for the cabinet sizes from older 1980's and possibly 1990's subdivision homes so not a lot of choice but this is a great unit!

Easy to use consistent both for microwave and oven.

We love our new oven/microwave. The options are state of the art and the baking is very evenly distributed. This is an outstanding appliance.

oven requires a 40amp breaker and most homes have 30amp breakers for oven. If so you will need a rewire and it doesn't come cheap. Had to return the product and purchase a 30amp oven.

Installed two weeks ago with no problems. Stainless steel finish looks nice!

I'm looking forward to having this installed once my kitchen rehab is finished.

Multiple problems with the oven fan which, makes a very loud rattling sounds. Three visits from technicians and the problem is not resolved. The sounds etc.. go silent and the only way to restore is a restart by flipping the breaker. The oven has just frozen multiple times and would not start again until the breaker was flipped in order to reset.
