27” Whirlpool Convection Oven w/airfry

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this oven as an upgrade & replacement for an existing Whirlpool wall oven. The convection & airfry options were what sold me, even with some of the negative reviews. So far, no problems. The updates were easy to download, but the airfry basket had to be ordered separately-$70. The displays are easy to navigate & the oven does a good job. I do suspect the oven temp needs to be calibrated, which is a setup option. I’m still experimenting with the airfry, but it looks like this was a good purchase.

Our oven came damaged but we could have easily looked past that if the stove were good quality, unfortunately it was not. The areas of white do not match up due to a difference in materials. White glass vs white metal. Also there was a ton of dark dark black glass on it. Just too much contrast.

We have documented all of the concerns you have mentioned, for review by our managers and engineers. Our managers and engineers do regularly review our files, to look for areas in which we can improve our products. We know that can be disheartening; especially when you have just purchased a new and you have high expectations for it. We’re sorry that we are not meeting/delivering these expectations.
