Posted .12style, if you need to open the lid to add 1 or 2 missed garments: Press START/Pause. The lid will unlock once the washer movement has stopped. This may take several minutes if the

I have used the washer several times. It works well. Clothes come out clean and the spin cycle seems to work well. The only comment that I have that keeps it from 5 stars, is that it is noisy. That is not a problem for me, but, just wanted to mention it. Delivery went very well. The called prior to coming, there were three delivery men, they really knew what they were doing. They did a test run of the washer and dryer to make sure all was connected properly. All in all, great service. I think Best Buy does a really good job at delivery and installation.

Even when there's no clothes in the washer it would sometime lock itself. I find it easier to just unplug the cord then to further troubleshoot it.

Its nice, pretty quiet and so far I haven't had any problems. Its nice that it selects the water level automatically.

Any kind of off balance load causes the unit to stop mid cycle and not give any kind of audible alert. I'll check on it 30 minutes later only to find it stopped running 15 minutes ago. I plan on contact whirlpool to see if there is any way to adjust the sensitivity.
