Finally decided to drop the cash on a washing machine. It's so nice to finally have my own unit and not have to use a friends or a laundry mat's washer. Very reasonably priced and great quality!

Working amazingly fast and quiet, no complaints here. I was on a budget and wasn't ready to spend $1000+ on a set, for me, this was a great buy.

This is perfect for the small space I had in my home. It washed my clothes great---and no, the agitator does NOT ruin clothes! Best bang for your buck! So glad I bought this washing machine.

Purchased this unit today as an "open box" unit. Indicated that there was no box but was new. Get it home and dig through the paperwork inside the unit and find out that it's used and was a return. Don't know how used, when it was returned. Look, if you are going to sell a returned item, then say so. I don't expect to ever buy anything from Bestbuy again.

Purchased this washer 14 months ago to replace a ten year old Maytag and currently shopping for a new washer. When issues started I checked troubleshooting guide to discover the limited issues listed are supposedly caused by user error, no helpful information there. I followed all use instructions, problems filling water, unplugged hoping to reset it, then It would fill small amount and immediately empty, unplugged again for two days then water filled almost to top, then would not drain or spin. Worst purchase ever!

I was looking for a new washing machine after mine broke and found this one , price was right and had good reviews . Glad I got it and also got the geek squad protection

Dryer was not started in my home I was busy did not notice deliver person was leaving. He Did not start product in my presence. I washed clothes put in dryer . nO START. Blank nothing checked all connection. Would u believe dead as a doornail. How could they do this to me. .???not even sure when this will be remedied. End of my Best Buy shopping Hear me whoever. I could. Not even find out manager of this store.

This washer obviously doesn't come with all the bells and whistles that the other washers come with but it does exactly what it claims. I switched from a washer built in the 90's so it's saving me not only electricity but water as well. I have had it going on two months now without any issues. Which is all I really ask from it.

Great washer at a good price. Not too loud. Does make some noises while washing clothes but nowhere nearly as loud as the older style washer machines.

I bought this washer less than a week ago. First use, couldn't get it to fill full while on the deep water setting and did not move the clothing so it would get cleaned. Second wash, the drain hose worked off LUCKILY at the end of the rinse when there was almost no water left inside and due to the high amount of vibration inside the machine. LAST WASH, tonight, the drain hose worked off during the rinse cycle spin and spoiled about 10 gallons of water on my new wood laminate floor! Had to disturb maintenance at 9:30pm! Needles to say it WILL be going b back to the store this weekend! I hope my flooring isn't going to buckle....

Good washer for the price...bought the dryer that matches...good basic set.

I bought a Whirlpool product thinking that it was good quality and the reviews were very good on the Best Buy website. Unfortunately, I found out the hard way. After just 4 days of trying to like my new washer I have realized that it must be return. The machine is very loud, the clothes come out with lint all over them and I doesn't remove the stains out of the clothes.

After 6 months the motherboard went out. It was under warranty so they came out and fixed it. Not cheap.... After 3 years and 2 months it made incredibly load noises, dislocated the drum so it collapsed into the bottom of the washer and dumped water all over the hallway wood floor. Fortunately, when we bought it I did what I never do and purchased an extended 5 year warranty. This is because almost every washer we've had in the last 15 years has had problems. Yes, we use it a lot, say 10 times/week, but this is discouraging. They are sending out a service man to determine whether to fix it or replace it.

Purchased this as part of a housewarming gift for my son and his wife. They have been using for quite a while now and love it. While we had some issues with the delivery of the unit, the unit itself has been great. While not feature rich, it has sufficient features to handle all of the clothes washing they need.

Just had this washer delivered today done a few loads before work. Its very effiecent and doesnt take long to wash loads on Normal with medium soil selection. It's fairly quiet and saves on energy. Its what I execpt from Whirlpool.

I purchased this washing machine less than 2 years ago, mostly for the name brand. It went out last week and is going to cost as much to fix it as to replace it. This machine is great while working, however that doesn't last long.

This is a simple and functional wash machine, no fancy computer to create more problems down the line. I've always trusted whirlpool wash machines and know this one will do just fine.

This machine was primarily purchased because it matched the size requirements of the previous model. We also wanted a basic model and this fits the bill.

Price matched with Costco. Costco would have been a better option. Purchased the 5yr extended warranty. The machine broke within 3 MONTHS. Every 6-8 months the same problem would crop up. After 3 yrs, Best Buy canceled my extended warranty, because I used it TOO MUCH. They refused to make good on my junk washer. I used the warranty TOO much!! Really? That didn't tell them that the machine was defective? I told them that 3 or more repairs for the same problem makes it a lemon. They replied that I didn't call 3 times within the same year! No, only twice a year!! They sold me junk and refused to make good on it.
