I have bought Whirlpool before and I have not been disappointed. Cooks great. Looks good and truly fit perfect where my previous ovens were. Installation was done quickly and very professional.

It is actually a significant improvement over the Thermador we replaced. We found the instructions on the oven itself to be difficult to understand at first, but learnable over time. My biggest complaints and the reason for the rating is for two reasons: first, when it converts settings to handle convection, it preheats and then immediately starts the timer, which is just stupid and doesn't give you time to insert the food; second, the backlighting on the control panel is constantly glowing blue, taking away from the aesthetic.
