So far, I am pleased with my new double oven. It's a newer version of my 13 year old model.

First of all it fit into a very tight built in spot ,and the installer was terrific. seems to hold heat well at the correct temp am still getting used to operating the controls.Bottom oven lower rack won't pull out....stuck LOVE the hold,warm setting on lower oven. my previous oven was 15 yrs old !!!! all in all I'm pleased with my purchase.

My wife loves these ovens. We did a kitchen remodel and the double oven was a must have. Glad we did it. I read reviews and decided on this one. Only consistent negative thing people commented on was the noise of the fans when the unit is cooling down. I must say that it's really not as big of an issue as some reviewers have made it sound. The fans run but it's not very loud. You can easily carry on a conversation in the same room at normal volume. Some reviewers stated that they couldn't hear eachother talking and I just don't see how that's possible. It's no louder than a small desk fan. Anyway, I would highly recommend this product. Also love that the heating elements are on the top of the ovens. Makes it so easy to clean.

This is new, but appears to be well made and insulated so it does not radiate heat to the sides or top cabinets. The best feature is that both ovens are full size. Plenty of room for big family gatherings to cook and heat everything at once!

I love this double oven! I've always wanted one and when the chance to remodel my kitchen, this was at the top of my list. This is perfect! I love baking! It meets all my needs! I had to get use to the smell of the newness while on for the first couple of weeks, but it is gone now. And I'm learning to ignore the sound of cooling itself down, which I like knowing that it is. But those are minor verses how much I love this product!

I purchased it recently. So far relatively quiet, bakes good, and has a nice clean look to it. I have the stainless steel model. For the price point....can't beat it. I know....I did plenty of research.

My wife had been saying for years that she wanted a double oven, so I surprised her for our 20th anniversary and had this one installed while we were away on vacation. Replaced our single Whirlpool wall oven and looks great in the cabinet! We were able to use it for our recent Thanksgiving dinner and it was awesome to be able cook everything we wanted at the same time with plenty of space. Cooks very evenly and the large oven windows and bright lights allow you to monitor the food without opening the doors. Great buy!!

I received this as an open box item. The other reviews stated about a fan noise that runs while the oven is working and while cooling down. It is a little noisy but after a few times using it, it doesn't really seem to be something I notice as much. Heats well and has done a nice job for us. Hoping to be able to use it for a long time!

Great product. Cooks evenly and the doors are not hot when the oven is in use. I really like this feature.

I purchased this in the store during an open box promotion. I was excited about the great deal. Upon returning home, I began researching this oven set and read many mixed reviews. Everyone loved the look of the ovens, but the overwhelming negative was the noise of the cool down fans. I pondered on the purchase for a while and then researched again. Then I uncovered some a string of reviews that noted this particular oven model has a glitch in which the oven will turn off while baking for a while and then turn on again. We decided to return it. This is a big purchase for us and I want a set of ovens that perform the way they should, and would rather pay more to have that result.

Simple, easy to understand controls and owner's manual, yet full of features. Works great. Installation crew was polite, professional and did a top notch job.

We bought this oven as an open box purchase. It looked brand new. We had Best Buy deliver and install it, and it went smoothly. Overall the oven performs well. There is a fan that circulates the heat that runs during cooking and for about 5 to 10 minutes after you turn off the heat. Initially it was a little annoying but it's not too loud and if you leave the oven door slightly open it turns off quickly. Lots of room inside the oven. I am impressed with the number of pans it can hold while cooking things evenly.

The only issue is the bottom oven door scrapes the molding and we had to try and drill down some metal. Install instructions ok

It's worth every penny. It looks cool and works till now. I bought it 4 years ago. I like this product.

Easy to install, modern look, works as expected. Got it as replacement for 14 year old Whirlpool oven.

I don't know why these don't com standard in homes. If you cook meals this will be your best friend

Love my two new ovens. No learning curve necessary if you owned Whirlpool previously. Looks so much better and sleeker than old, black unit.

So far, the oven works great. Also, it accommodates my wife's largest pan, which was a huge deal to her, as it seems most ovens these days are not as spacious as they should be. The only downside so far is that the ventilation fan is a bit noisy. It's not horrible, like our A/C, but it's there.

Great deal and got exactly what I expected. Installation crew was on time, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. Best Buy also price matched so I was able to save an additional $50 off the outstanding price

This oven is amazing in our kitchen. We purchased the full set of whirlpool appliances and I have no complaints so far. Would recommend.
