Great budget stove. Easy setup and cleanup. Sometimes easy to forget it's on due to dim indicator light.

So far, so good, it was easy to install (I replaced an old cooktop), it took a little bit for the elements to even out however after about a month or so they did with the help of an iron skillet.

great model, bigger than the older verison so we had to cut the countertop. Electrical connections were easy

Easy to install. The burners heated exactly right. This coil cooktop is much better than the infrared unit we replaced.

I love everything about this stovetop EXCEPT the surface around the burner gets very HOT. We followed the manufacturer's troubleshooting to make sure we didn't use pans that extend past the burner more than 1/2". And the surface surrounding the burner is still dangerously hot. Other than that -- I really do love it.

I installed this cooktop myself and it was easier than I imagined. My family and I love using it.

I had this installed with a new line, and it works well. It was a good replacement for my 20+ year old stove unit.

So far so good. The only complaint was it did not exactly fit the cut out though it was supposed to be the same size of the last drop in and the top does not raise for cleaning.

Gave it as a gift and they have loved it. Nice color and easy to clean.

Everything was excellent. The price was well below other stores. Very easy to order on line and great communication setting up the delivery. Received it on schedule. The cook top is great. Went back to the electric cook top from a ceramic. Too much to clean and care for. This cooktop fits us perfectly. Happy wife happy life.

Bought this a couple of years ago, and it works perfectly. Execellent buy. White electric stovetops with actual burners are had to find these days!

I just don't like that I can't use oversized pots or pans. stops heating while trying to cook

I must admit that I have not opened the box or had it installed just yet. Waiting for my double oven to come in so that I can have both taken care of at the same time. I will say that I'm excited that Best Buy is the only store I could find that still had the coil burners, and that makes me happy, happy, happy. Thank you.

This cooktop keeps turning itself off so if water starts boiling it turns off and then after a while it turns back on but the water is no longer boiling. In order to for example cook pasta one has to keep two burners on and when one burner turns off move the pot to the other burner and keep repeating that until pasts is cooked. A service rep just came by, determined the cooktop is working as designed. He also determined that the thermostat Whirlpool used is low quality and can not do something as sophisticated as control temperature. Question for Whirlpool - it this cooktop purposely designed so it does not cook?

I have been using my new cooktop about a month now. I have not had any problems at all. It works fine and I cook a lot too. I was a little hesitant about buying because of some negative reviews. I would recommend this cooktop.

Very happy with the sturdy quality of this Whirlpool cooktop . 2 large burners with Power Boil is fabulous.
