Nice oven

It has WiFi but hasn’t figured out what to do with oven with WiFi :) it is smaller than the old unit even though dimensions supposed to be the same. So had to nail two sticks to cutoff to install it

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Whirlpool is not ready to support its Sunset Bronze suite. We were on hold for over two hours waiting for Whirlpool representatives to investigate why, despite advertised otherwise, this oven was not designed to have a cooktop placed on the counter above the unit (not even a Whirlpool cooktop!). After hours, Whirlpool representatives just responded "too bad". The false advertising will result in potentially tens of thousands of dollars of expense to now remodel a kitchen after we had already installed this product. We also have reported problems with the smart technology of both this oven and the rest of this suite. These appliances have been poorly designed and conceived. A unique color does not excuse poor execution.

Nice Oven, Pitiful Service from Whirlpool
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's too bad Whirlpool just doesn't care that their (not our) internet setup is so bad, connection doesn't work (sporadic at best), and then tell the customer "get used to it" and "it sucks to be you". We regret the purchase.
