Does not come with power cord

Not only did I wait 2 /12 months for this range but it does not come with power cord. It does not say in the description that you need to buy it seperately. I tried to order on BB website it says it was in stock and when i went to pick uo they cant find them. But yet this is still on their website saying it can be picked up same day. Not i gotta go search for a cord.

Hello, we are sorry to hear about this concern. Hello! Due to homes having different electrical outlets, we allow the customers to provide their own power cords, on most appliances. As one home may have a 3-prong outlet set up and another has a 4-prong setup, or if an appliance has the ability to be directly wired, then no power cord is needed. This way a customer may provide what best fits the needs of their home needs. We hope this helps.

I like this stove, but as others have noted, the glass top easily scratches and has blotty look after cleaning around the burners.

Rubber gasket melts

Has a rubber ring around the glass top. It melts when hot pans touch it. Do not buy. Cooks great otherwise

The dishwasher tgat was sold to us by tge sales rep and the store advertisement and the paperwork that came with it says steel tub as we wanted however its a plastic tub! So disappointing

The stovetop knobs were supposed to be chrome colored to match the stainless look of our other appliances. The knobs are solid black and hard to see.
