I was initially impressed by the sleek design and the functionality. Also, the reviews I had read from other people, I figure it will be a great fit for our kitchen. However, once I open the to clean the vents, I found that it is a single ventilation system. I was expecting it to have two vents like most range hoods.

I purchased a GE stove, I love it after 3 service calls to fix the burners. The BTU’s are awesome. After using the stove, i realized I needed a vent hood for it. I purchased the hood Dec. 22 and picked it up Dec. 29th. The salesman (Dusty) gave me a installers name and phone number, Ben Lewis. Ben was one of the 3 service repairman that finally fixed my new stove I previously purchased from Best Buy. I contacted him after I purchased the hood Dec. 22 and he said he would put in the vent. I phoned him once since and he said some of his help wasn’t feeling good and he will get to it soon. I texted him one time since and no response. It is now February 13 and my wife has Health issues too and guess it’s time to find someone else to install it. Going on two months now, all he had to do is be honest and tell me he’s too busy to do it and I could be using it by now.

Bought this for a kitchen remodel. The bottom is canted up at an angle so when you look at it, you see the entire bottom. Why would I want to look at the bottom of the exhaust fan? To top it off, the edge of the filters is blue. Huh? I pick out countertop colors, tile colors, and cabinet colors only to have a fairly bright blue introduced? Also, each of the two filters look different - they do not match. Oh, by the way, our guy hooked it up and it does not turn on! We confirmed there is power going to the unit. Ugh.
