We replaced a Jenn air with similar specs and the main difference is that with the upper oven on this model, the lower rack drags the door when it's opened.

The Whirlpool double oven and range is working great. We've really enjoyed having the capability to bake two items at two different temperatures.

I didn't think I'd care to have a double oven, but I use the upper (smaller) oven ALL THE TIME! I can bake different things and not spend hours waiting to change temperatures, etc. It's stylish and user-friendly, too.

Decided to make the jump to the dual oven, and so glad we did. Makes entertaining so much easier being able to have two items going at the same time. Both pre-heat quickly and cook very nicely.

I thought it was a good item but the top oven is very short high wise . It is hard a lot item in there

I've been shopping at Best Buy for quite awhile and they appear to have better deals than Home Depot

I have a service call in on my product because it will not preheat past 250. I bought the oven because I am a baker and I have yet to use it.

I'm very satisfied with this product. It reduces cooking time in almost half.

After researching I did not see enough negative reviews to steer me away from this stove. While it has two ovens what you can do using both at the same time is extremely limited. You cannot broil while baking and depending on the temperature required you cannot bake in both ovens at the same time at higher temps. I like the design, grates are easy to remove making cleaning the top easy. The control usage requires close study with manual in hand for me and several re-readings before understanding how to proceed, much improvement needed here. Bottom metal oven rack can easily tip forward in top oven when removing rack because there is little space between the bottom of the oven and the bottom of the rack to allow a secure hold. Temperature setting required a lot of calibration.

Best Buy had a great price on this, so I couldn't resist. After much research, and comparison, I decided to go with Whirlpool. Installation (assuming you're doing it yourself) was a snap. I simply bought a flexible gas line from Best Buy, and I was good to go. The unit is considerably heavier than my previous one, so have a buddy help you with lifting and positioning. Cooking is awesome. The double oven is such a nice feature, especially if you just want to bake something small like a pizza. The top oven heats up VERY quickly, mostly due to its smaller size. It heats evenly, and cooks great! The main burner is pretty big, and boils water very quickly. The large grates allow for the use of some bigger pots and pans which is nice. My only complaint is that when I first used the ovens they gave off a pretty wicked smell as they were new and burning off some of the products used during manufacturing. I expected this, but it took about 40 minutes at 500 degrees to completely get rid of the smell. Other than this, I am totally happy with this purchase. Best Buy (as usual) did an awesome job of getting me the answers to questions I had, and getting it loaded in the truck.

Having two ovens is a time saver because I can cook a dish at a proper temperature simultaneously with another dish baked at a very different temperature. I no longer have to precook a dish, then warm it up later. I have found no flaws so far. It's everything I've wanted.

I have had this oven for less then two years and the bottom oven has stopped working. I called Whirlpool and since it is over a year, I have to either pay $265 to extend the warranty or pay to have someone come out and repair it. Either way I am out a few hundred dollars less then two years from purchasing this oven. Not acceptable Whirlpool. They should stand behind their product when it is less then two years old. It should not cost me more money.

Looks great, lights in both ovens, cooks fast, lights fast, lets you know when pre-heating is done, great for pizza.

We upgraded our 1996 Kenmore oven for this one. We love that it has a double oven and high-output burners. There are so many great features and we couldn't imagine living without it!

This product is defective. The oven was delivered on Wednesday and I boiled water for the first time tonight and now have a permanent watermark and major scratch on the burner I used. This product sucks. My last oven lasted 23 years and died of natural causes and had no scratches, now after two days and 1 use I have a major scratch. I will never buy from Whirlpool again.
