Customers are pleased with the spacious oven size and ease of use of the 30" Self-Cleaning Freestanding Electric Convection Range. Many appreciate the sleek design and find it offers good value for the price, noting its many features. However, some customers express concerns about the limited size and perceived flimsiness of the storage drawer. A few also mention that the glass top requires frequent cleaning.

The delivery and install was good but they noted on the install sheet that there is a scratch on the handle and I have not been contacted since the delivery to fix that. The delivery men had me sign a form but did not give me a copy of it. Since then I have found that the oven is at least 25 degrees off. I am not happy with this overall

Liked the product, but chose to return it after it made a loud popping sound upon the first use. Don't know what the sound was, as the product seemed to work fine, but we felt more comfortable returning it. Exchanged it for a different brand, as the Whirlpool was no longer available.

Nice looks but convection is only great feature

The nice looks and excellent convection oven feature makes this range okay but not worth the extra $200 over basic $549 models. Either go with economy models or spring an extra $200-300 for a premium brand. The inner-outer burner controls are illogical with little diagrams that are not intuitive. It is easy to turn on the wrong burner. The stovetop warmer unit is basically worthless. Oven controls yell at you if you do not press 'start.' The storage drawer barely holds a couple small pans and feels cheap.
One year with no quality problems.
