The delivery men had me sign a form but did not give me a copy of it. Since then I have found that the oven is at least 25 degrees off. I am not happy with this overall

Don't know what the sound was, as the product seemed to work fine, but we felt more comfortable returning it. Exchanged it for a different brand, as the Whirlpool was no longer available.

Either go with economy models or spring an extra $200-300 for a premium brand. The inner-outer burner controls are illogical with little diagrams that are not intuitive. It is easy to turn on the wrong burner. The stovetop warmer unit is basically worthless. Oven controls yell at you if you do not press 'start.' The storage drawer barely holds a couple small pans and feels cheap. One year with no quality problems.
