This microwave and oven combo fit exactly with the unit we were replacing. The glass surface for the controls is easy to clean and pleasant to the touch. However, because all the controls for both microwave and oven are bunched together, it makes it difficult to understand at first. But the various preset functions make tasks like melting butter or defrosting chicken easy.

So far this has been solid. We have noticed that when we use the standard conventional oven setting to bake, a few cool spots exist and we are trying to figure that out. Convection is great, easy to use controls.

This Whirlpool combination microwave/oven/convection oven is light years ahead of the two built in units it replaced in looks and operation. It is also light years ahead of my knowledge of how to use both parts requiring me to actually read the instructions. Both units have been put to good use over the weeks since having the great installation team provided by Best Buy deliver and install it. I would highly recommend this combo unit to anyone wishing for a major upgrade.

We are just wrapping up a remodel and have only a short time using our new oven. So far everything is good. I have noticed a temperature variation in one area and plan on using some thermometers to check consistancey. Fit and finish is excellent

Looks amazing and works very well. The microwave can be used as a convection oven also which really is useful.

After owning this product for 18 months, the microwave stopped working and produced an error code. Over the past 9 months, I have sunk ~$600 in repair attempts to no avail. I would suggest looking at a different manufacturer before you buy this. And definitely buy extended warranty as I THOUGHT I did, though I can't vouch for what is sold on this site. Whirlpool has been zero help unfortunately. Very dissatisfied as I feel it's a reasonable expectation for the product to last longer than 18 months for this monstrous price.

Replaced my previous Whirlpool with this. 1.5 years and after 3 service calls its still does't heat/hold temperature! +or- over 25 degrees! I've spent so much time/$$ trying to bake/cook items that never get done or get overdone. HELP A GAL OUT PLEASE! THEY SAY I HAVE TO HAVE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT TO RESOLVE IT BEFORE THE WILL REPLACE.
