Poor both design and support

Its user guide has no information you need. For example, the microwave fan does not stop like any microwave does after timeout. Until today, I still have no idea if this is by its design, or something not right. I was not able to find out the answer from the user guide, from the phone support and even the onsite technician. The LED light in the microwave is never on. I was not able to find out if there was a light in the microwave from the user guide until the onsite technician told me there is a LED light in it. That meant the problem was there from the day one. However, I was told, I've got to pay to replace the light ball because light ball was not covered in the product warranty. When I called Whirlpool support to schedule a service, the technician was from a contract company. Strange enough, you cannot direct to call the company. You've got to leave message, and wait for they call you back. I've got the oven for a month, I'm still waiting for a second service to fix the microwave light

Great, easy to understand control panel and the built-in microwave is the best idea, not taking up any counter or cabinet space. Best Buy's install people did a great job of making it fit perfectly!

This oven is indeed very noisy. It runs for at least 30 minutes after cooking before shutting off. Another con is the confusing controls. The timing vs. the actual cook timing is confusing and difficult to use.
