We chose this fridge due to the great reviews and large capacity but are disappointed in the actual performance. This is the third fridge we have had in the last month. First one didn't work after it was installed and we had to wait 10 days for the second one. Got the second one in early March and it stopped working on the 22nd of March. We now have to wait 5 days for a third one to be delivered. If this one doesn't work we are done.

We love the lighting and the ability to quickly find what ever you are looking for. The ice maker make cubes that are just the right size.

Bought an open box item but it did not cool. Per the (very helpful) store personnel, verified it was NOT in Showroom mode. Read many places that this model has cooling failures more frequently than others. Exchanged for different fridge. The local BB staff were very helpful, however, and went out of their way to take care of us.

This product is great. Needed more fridge space and definitely got it with this model! The design of this fridge is extremely efficient.

We purchased this refrigerator in late October, 2016. While I love the refrigerator itself, we have had to replace the freezer icemaker no less than 4 times and the repair guy has been here 6 times and is coming again today to replace the freezer ice maker. Every time we replace the icemaker it works for a month or two and then just stops working again. Only thing that can be done is to replace it. As we are out of the initial one year warranty, we now have to purchase 3rd party warranty or I will have to pay for a new icemaker every time it is replaced. As it is, with the extended warranty, we have to pay the $35 trip charge every time he comes out to replace the ice maker again.

This refrigerator was my worst buy ever . I started having problems the fist month after purchasing. It would over freeze the contents and then the water dispenser failed.

Purchased what we believe to be a high-end Whirlpool refrigerator. Best Buy delivery shows up, surveys the entry to house and kitchen, goes back to truck to get product and finds the doors have rust spots. Second delivery scheduled the following week and the same process takes place and the same results - rust spots on door. Appears to be something missing in quality control at Whirlpool. Shifted to Samsung and Best Buy was good to work with.

This refrigerator has plenty of space for storage in the fridge and freezer. Ice maker and water are also very handy.

Great value for the price! It's deep, not too wide and comes with all the features you need for a family kitchen.

Plenty of room, easy to move and make room, keeps things cold at correct temps. Great fridge!

Look into it. Everything was fine for years but because the ice maker bucket isn't sealed it regularly freezes up. I will never buy a Samsung kitchen appliance ever again.

Love the look inside and out. Just should have gotten a bigger size maybe 25-30 cubic.

This is a large refrigerator. Measure first. Ice maker is great. Nice having a second ice maker when guests visit.

We have used this refrigerator for 3 months and now it isn’t cooling! Also discovered this on Saturday and can’t reach customer service support till Monday! Not happy!!!

Very pleased with our purchase, now 6 months ago. The sliding flat drawer has proven to be one of our favourite features. Also, the storage styles are easy to work with, especially after our large Costco hauls. The water filter though needs to be replaced every 6 months, and costs 2 for $89 or 1 for $49. Keep in mind any additional recurring cost when picking your fridge.
