Great fridge - can't believe how much room is inside

The fridge is an excellent fridge, however, it was too big to fit in our house.

Great layout, plenty of room for two weeks of food.

We got a great deal on this LG refrigerator. The delivery guys were great.

It does very well on holding large items with the self that slides back

I love the capacity of this refrigerator also carefully read all reviews 4.6 stars. It looks great in my kitchen after installed properly in my kitchen. Unfortunately, It built up so much frost in freezer drawer after a week which hardly pull out the drawer as normal use. I reported to Bestbuy immediately who dispatched an authorized technician to fix the gasket problem, but the frost came back after 2 days in the same position plus the fan function loudly. Finally, I decided to return this monster to Bestbuy.

Bought 8/26/2017 and was delivered about 3 weeks later. Big storage but shelves are not laid out properly for today’s products and their packaging. It makes ice slowly and the gaskets leak cold air. The fridge portion stopped working June 8 and parts on order. No warranty service was included or purchased for the Refrigerator. IMO, I’d buy LG or Samsung.

great fridge, but this one had issues so we had to return it!

When I decided to get this refrigerator, it was everything I thought I wanted. 2 ice makers that produce bullet sized ice, and lots of room. After reading other reviews as of recent, I know I am not the only one who has had problems with this fridge. I also feel somewhat lucky as my fridge worked for almost 8 months before I starting having problems. First the ice makers stopped working. Then I noticed frost in the freezer which I knew was not normal. Then the noise started. Then it got worse and worse. Got so loud I had to unplug it. All food lost. Whirlpool tech came out and said he would order parts for it. Was not specific on what exactly he was ordering. After he placed the order, he said the part is on back order and did not know when it would be in. Well, so I'm just supposed to sit hear with a family of 5 not knowing when I will get my fridge back? So 3 weeks go by and no call, no email, nothing. Now I have to call and they said its still not here. I called whirlpool, called the tech back and had to make more calls while trying to find out where the parts were. Then I called again a few days later and they said the part was in. Why the heck did you not call me back to set up appt.? I was getting furious as I have know been out of a fridge for almost a month! I scheduled the service call and the tech came out, but only had one of the parts! The main board still could not be found. This is crazy! Are you freaking kidding me? A few days go by and I called back and they finally said they found it. Why am I having to call? If the part came in you should be calling me! Apparently the parts get shipped to the techs house. So he replaces main board and something else that I don't know about and the fridge starts cooling again. Apparently after you let the fridge completely defrost, it will start to work again because somehow frost is building up in the vents and fans that cause this vibration noise that gets very loud. Then something happens that causes it to stop cooling. Unfortunately, the ice makers still don't work right. The one in freezer drops a load whenever it wants, which is not regularly, and the one in the door still doesn't work. Called geek squad after the 1 year warranty was up and they decide to throw 2 new ice makers at it. Now, several weeks after main board was replaced, same problem has started. It stops cooling, noise starts and gets louder, and louder. And the top ice maker has never worked since July of 2017. This fridge is absolutely terrible! I am hoping that I can get an exchange for another brand and model. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS FRIDGE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Was a very good buy and the service was very good.

This refrigerator has quite a bit of room and spaces for all your stuff. It is towards the larger capacity of fridges available with 32CU FT of useable space, We like the Ice maker in the door as it gives back space that you use in traditional fridges.

BB came on time, delivered, set up in the new house and all went perfect. I am simply amazed at the storage in this fridge. I have a family of four (including two teenage boys that can put some food away). We cannot fill this thing up. I highly recommend.

The Freezer was not working. A lot of food spoiled. Not Best Buy's fault. It was the manufacturer.

Purchased this Whirlpool and thought I measured correctly. Unit arrived and was huge. Best Buy was extremely accommodating and exchanged with no issues. Great Job!

Door does not close well. But the repairmen will be out and will repair it. Love the ice dispenser and water dispenser. Love the multiple compartments.

Fridge never worked from new. As soon as first issue was fixed, 2 more problems happened.

My dishwasher is so quite that I don't hear it, and cleans really good. Love the convection oven, never had one before. And the refrigerator is huge.

Fridge broke down due to the manufacture and we lost over $300 worth of food. Took to long to fix it. Never given any special compensation.
