Nice looking, spacious inside

We got this model because we previously ordered the predecessor Whirlpool model WRS322FNAM. side by side without water/ice in the door and it arrived damaged, They needed it to replace it with this now current model WRS312SNHM because the previous refrigerator was now discontinued.. The noticeable differences between the previous equivalent model and the current model, WRS312SNHM are: taller doors to hide the top hinges, electronic temperature control instead of a temperature dials. Very limited options for refrigerator shelve placement. No cold meat drawer (only two lower bins). Overall, I liked the previous model it replaced better because it offered more storage versatility, but It looks nice and it's spacious inside. We haven't had it long enough to speak to it's reliability. If you want a side by side without water/ice in the door, there aren't too many options available.

Highly inflexible internal arrangement

Really poor design. Internal shelves and bins are highly inflexible and have few possible configurations. Doors can not be adjusted to open less than 180 degrees to avoid hitting adjacent cabinets and appliances. Only good feature is that it does cool.
