The refrigerator doesn’t work, hasn’t since the day I brought it home. It took two weeks to get a repair person to look at it. They said the fan is broken and that someone would call later that day to about the part. No one ever called.

Like the fridge wish it would work. Don’t like that Whirlpool won’t send anyone out for 6 days. I will trouble shoot myself and hopefully can fix it. Didn’t realize how important a fridge is till I had one that didn’t work.

I’ve had this refrigerator for 2 years and it quit working. Warranty was only good for 1 year so now need a new fridge again.

My requirements for a refrigerator were related to height (this one fit), noise, glass shelves, and a drawer in the middle. Quiet is a subjective term, but this refrigerator is a heck of a lot quieter than my old refrigerator, that said my dishwasher is quieter than my old one. The refrigerator is also noticeably deeper than our previous mid-90s model. The shelving is fine and spaced well. All in all it is a perfectly adequate refrigerator. It's not going to change your life or anything, but it does what it needs to. Pros: Relatively quiet Sturdy glass shelves Cons: Door seems poorly balanced even after multiple attempts at balancing via bottom wheels. Meat/Cheese drawer is difficult to close, probably due to it being adjustable from left to right. Adjustable shelving in door ends up loosing a lot of space compared to non-adjustable full length shelves.

Never got the chance to receive the refrigerator. Two times they tried to deliver and each time it was damaged. Was very disappointed, no one called to follow up or apologize.
